Man you funny for same ammount of money compared to chinese. Iphone and S series are either equal or much worse.
For example Xiaomi Mi 12 ultra along with Honor magic 4 ultimate and upcomming oneplus 11 will be best touch phones of the 2022. No samsung or aple is even close to that. And they cost a lot more money. Thats a said fact.
Nowdays any brand is great. Oulkitel WP19 for example is best midranger money can buy and for a very cheap price around 350 oukitel WP19 gives specs beyound believe.
And about longer softwar support. If you really thinks is that important you are so wrong.
For example running a game like Forge of Empires on a New just released phone and older 3-4 years old flagship is not the same.
Its not a same game as before game evolved bu phone internals not.
In other words most people switch their phones on every 2-3 years basis because noone wants to end with a very updated phone but unable to run latest apps because of lack of ram and CPU / GPU.

Nice time to start their foldable ads with something llike : "I fold, you fold, everyone folds" and stress on iFold so apple doesn't use that name. :P

Motoro... moreMaybe I should take a Math lesson from you. When is 1.5 times the price approximately becomes two times when the prices are so huge? I understand that you may have a soft spot for Samsung, but that doesn't change the fact that you can butcher mathematics.
Also, Samsung's flip prices have decreased in only some countries. So going by your comment that the prices have decreased that too just only after nearly two months of releasing the phones(and it's not black Friday or a boxing day offer price), means that the phone sales have not gone as well as they expected and trying to sell as many phones as possible to show a mere percentage on the foldable sale chart and brag about it even though they didn't do well. Honestly, I haven't seen Samsung drop their flagship phone prices this fast in a long time.

You compared the 256GB new released moto to older Z flip 4 128GB, not the 256GB version. However, they still do give about the same specs for what they are, a slight differnce on Moto, it's USB-C port can read the Samsung T7 SSD, the Samsung Flip can't do so.

Man yes you are right i dont have fold or flip and i will never have as is day long because foldables are too fragile for me.
But if you put both phones on comparison i mean Motorola and Samsung Flip
and Xiaomi and Samsung Fold even a half blind person see its get more compact device with better battery vay faster charging way more endurance way better camera and screen and way better other specs for a 30% cheaper price compared to Samsung Fold and Flip.
One dont even need to be genius to see that.
In case of xiaomi fold is a lot lighter slimmer and wth much more battery and faster charging. Just this is a good reason why to skip Samsung fold.
In addition to that in case of Motorola customer gets pure android experience excluding Samsung usualy heavy skin filled with useless obsolette bloatware.

Motorola Razr 2022 = 1225€
They have almost identical specs, yet Motorola is almost 2 times the asking price of the Flip 4. The difference is 409€. Put 200€ more and get 2 Flip 4.

Comparing specs and price of Motorola Razr and Samsung Flip. Motorola is a very easy winner.
Comparing Samsung fold and Xiaomi fold. Xiaomi is an very easy winner because in both tries Motorola Razr and Xiaomi fold user gets a lot better and a lot more specced device for much less money.
It is simple as that.
