Nice. But I do expect the Pro to be curved. A minor setback for me to get the 1 inch sensor.

If rest of the options are not available or out of budget, thats the time Xiaomi comes handy. Really handy. Pixel Experience on budget device. And runs better as well.

Like ... moreI love curved screens more, I don't understand the hate they get here, they look mega, feel nice and even help with gestures, only issue I personally got with them is they are easier to crack but for me that's okay, I just gotta be bit more careful and problem solved.

Stock android is not for everyone. It has gotten better then back then thanks to Google's cooperation with Xiaomi - and others - starting around the Android 10 era, but still lags to far behind for my sake. MIUI is by far preferred.
Pixel Experience ROM provides vanilla android for Xiaomi phones, but why not get a Pixel, Moto, Nokia or Sony instead if that is you main goal?

Another thing I am hoping is for the front facing camera to be mounted to the left, as the Mi 11-series. Much better for video consumption.

The manufacturers are asked by reviewers all the time to come with something "new", or at least different from last year's model. So, just like fashion in clothes, thing come and go and the old is slightly tweaked and then "new" again.

I hope the screen also has 2.5D just like the back cover. Not completely flat.
