Lets all just appreciate the competition, without it technology wouldnt advance.. there needs to be a fight to be the best/fastest chipset outthere. Mediatek is killing it lately with their chipsets, they are excellent

, now I have cpu kicking in too help Gpu, Normally cpu will never kick in on any standard phones,
Increased buffer cache up by 40% I can get 120fps, but huge battery drainage at 30% more

AnonD-864404, 23 Nov 2022How's the performance? Was it worth the effort?Huge difference with 30% power torque, in gpu cpu and increased L3 cache
At 12w TDP it drains battery, but I carry powerbank

Feels like 3000mah instead off 4500mah, from 5w tdp up by 50% in tdp

rizki1, 08 Nov 2022I want this in cheap laptop, why they are not make it?I think it would be relatively expensive to use this chip in a laptop though. The point of the 4nm chip is it's small and powerful but that makes it more expensive to manufacture. A laptop doesn't need such a small chip as there is more space available. Therefore a laptop could use a larger nm chip with the same power but which is cheaper to manufacture. The phone chip will be more expensive so it probably would only be considered for more expensive thin and light ultrabooks

If the Immortalis 715 MPC11 @? Mhz GPU is as good as Adreno 740 in Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, then I think it might be wiser for OEMs to use Dimensity 9200 in their flagship phones because the D9200 would be cheaper than SD 8 Gen 2. I think the CPUs of both the SoCs will be more or less the same (I think around 1500/1600 in single-core and 4800/4900 in multi-core in Geekbench at the most, they will not hope to outscore Apple's SoC in this category). And if Immortalis 715 MC11 performs as well as Adreno 740, then I might actually choose a phone with Dimensity 9200 than with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor
