The difference between flagship phones and flagship killers

It's is always storage room where they cut costs on flagship killers

A good flagship has

Snapdragon 8 gen 1
1tb storage
16gb ram

Best case scenario flagship killers has

Flagship killers
Snapdragon 870
256gb storage
12gb ram

Only 256gb tiny amount of storage
Only 12gb ram not ideal

The price you pay you have all of the top benchmark scores yet nowhere too storage anything

It's often overlooked how much of a role specs like ram & storage play a role in performance

The therm of "flagship killer" is overrated and actually not true. It implies that it can beat the best flagships available out there. In reality, they don't even come close. They should be named "flagship wannabes".
I'd rather get a 2-3 year old high-end flagship from Samsung or Sony than any new "flagship wannabe".

AnonD-731363, 18 Nov 2022Edge or Plus it does not matter we both know what i was meaning. By your logic buying high end phones is no longer worth it.
It is rather better to buy a decent midranger or lower-mid phone every two years. In 5 years you have a better phone with the latest software and your net spending is much less than some overpriced pixel or samsung flagship.
      I fully agree.

            Wrong again.
            Wrong once more time.
            And lastly wrong once again.
            Reason is very simple.
You get a tons of frequent updates which is nice first 2 years maybe 3 but in the end you will end with a very updated phone with latest adroid, UI and Apps but unable to run latest games and most apps due to an Outdated hardware.

To be more specific imagine a Google 7 pro in 2028. Will still run latest android but in 2028 even a low end budget phones will preform better with their specs from that time and era compared of a Google Tensor 2 from 2022 year.

Its same like comparing for example Redmi note 12 explorer even a pro model preforms better to a Samsung S8 edge.
            They are also uncomparable.

Acer, 17 Nov 2022Pixel 7 pro, either it is more than a flagship, or it is ev... morePixel 7 pro is nothing just a above average midranger with a lots of updates which is a good idea until you realze you have a many years old phone which still receives many updates but is unable to run latest games and other apps due to outdated hardware.
And after a 5 years even a low end phones of that era will preform better or at least will be on par.

" We have regularly updated lists for the best flagships and flagship killers to get, and now Will synthesized them all in one neat video for you to enjoy."

"Regularly updated" - Joke of the year!

You are very late and slow to update your buying guides, you are like Asus and Moto when it comes to updates - just promises, no delivery.

                  samsung left the group....

Pixel 7 pro, either it is more than a flagship, or it is even not a flagship killer that is why it is not mentioned! Unfortunately, I wasted 12 minutes of my life.
