The buzz about Meizu is that the next year will be really good.

Geely has given them a lot of resources and cash to play with, which was always a limitation to Meizu. Their Flyme for Auto is looking good so far.

They are skipping the Meizu 19 and releasing the Meizu 20, 20 Pro, and later 20X. Foxconn lockdowns have delayed production but expect a release end of Jan/early Feb.

Peter-B, 17 Nov 2022Ice Universe says that Samsung will use a slightly overcloc... moreThat's good to know. Was wondering why strangely it's missed out on that infomercial.

Overall SD8 Gen 2 not as great as i thought,

It's still 25% slower in single core and 25% slower in multi core along with more power consumption than A16 Bionic.

Qualcomm is planning to move to Intel foundries 20A node from 2025, let's hope it's performance is better.

HyperionBurn, 17 Nov 2022What about Samsung? Also is the Xiaomi 11T worth buying for 300$?Ice Universe says that Samsung will use a slightly overclocked version of the 8 Gen 2 - maybe Samsung is just waiting for that to be announced (the S23 series isn't coming until February so there is still time).

They can't add more billion transistors to the chip to beat apple in processing speed. Why?

So Samsung is not using the 8g2 soc 😏
That would mean that they would Use a better version of it something like from 8g1 to 8+g1
                Maybe 🤔

Even Sharp is in the list. I really cannot wait to see the Aquos R8.

I didn't even notice that Meizu was part of the list, that's interesting.
