"HAHAHA yeah cuz Apple never stole anything, right? that's a hilarious and hypocritical thing to write... At least Samsung tries to innovate, i.e. Smart Stay, Smart Pause, Eye tracking, new stylus fuctionality (the note was very innovative), etc... What has Apple done that wasn't available on Android or Palm or Windows first?? And don't say Cloud, voice assist or touch screen. Cuz they weren't... oh wait, that's all they can do!!"

... not bad from a "king troll"

Big LOL at Nokia, they just lost what was left of my respect for them by supporting Apple on this..
Now I not only hope that Apple goes down the hole, I also want to see Nokia go with it
Nokia is probably butthurt because they can't compete with Samsung, just look at the sales, Samsung is punching Nokia in the face month after month for like 3 years straight :D
Nokia is now dead to me

So both companies are trying to earn through courts instead of customers??
      Well well.. pity!!
Samsung will lead the market in Gangnam style!!
The true story is Apple vs Google..
      Dare to mess with Google..
If big screens are of no use on a smartphone, whats the use of a 41 MP on a smartphone??

If Nokia support Americans then I shall boycott all Nokia products, its a disgrace that Apple should receive any kind of support. Hope Samsung come out as winners and bankrupt Apple. Apple make such awful products, is it any wonder they want to stop Samsung.

Samsuck was so lucky when Nokia did not adopt Android. Otherwise, no one would have cared or though about Galaxy or Note.

Anyway, it was just one year when Samsuck being the first. Nokia will come back soon. It was the first for 14 years and it hopefully will be back the first shortly.

to nokia and apple: instead of suing, why not create innovation that would catch the attention of users!? seems you don't have new ideas in mind that is why you're resorting to dirty tactics. make a phone that is unique, stylish and technologically advanced that would make us love your products.

Here is the number of patents by company:

                                Apple: 369
                                HTC: 314
                                Samsung: 236
                                Ericsson: 1420
                                Blackberry: 403
                                Palm: 1425
                                Motorola: 5622
                                Nokia & Siemens Group: 16392

Is there any one could think to sue Nokia??

If just Nokia pull off its patents, there would not be any Phone in the world.
