          Reasons he really left and start a new only he knows best.
          But i really think reason was from BBK and forcing Oneplus founders to something Carl Pei was against.
          Since it was not his ttaste he started a new without being controlled by anyone else.

They did release a Midranger at the price of a Flagship in the past and people still bought it. Those who were Pixel users before was furious about that development since they wanted to upgrade.
                To top it all off, they had several basic hardware problems like SIM Card Pins breaking and Charging Pins breaking.
                This Nothing Phone is also a bit of a pricy upper midranger but it's the cheapest phone with Flagship Features.

                              And after 2 years an update will come and will decrease phone performed with the time....and you will be forced to move on new model
