You can use a USB-C hub with an Ethernet LAN port and it still will be faster than WiFi speed. Video output is all about using the phone on a larger screen like TV or monitor, even if it doesn't have Desktop Mode.

It's almost criminal to see Xiaomi still keep using USB-C 2.0 for their top tier phones. I may as well just buy a Poco phone in the first place.

But its all the same many so called flagships get one great main camera and many laughable bad support cameras.
I do understand pricing in china because they are comunist country but even if Redmi note 12 explorer leaves global it wont cost much over 330 mark my words,

Look at the x series, all the way back to the x50 (x90, x80, x70, x60, and x50 series). Even the base non pro variant has not had a macro camera not to mention the pro amd pro+ midels (the all had wide, ultrawide and telephoto cameras). The price of the 13 series will be similar to the other Chinese flagships e.g. the vivo x90 series. Of course they are cheaper than Samsung in China because as a foreign brand in China Samsung has higher taxes than the Chinese brands but in Europe, Xiaomi, Samsung, Vivo wnd Oppo flagships are quite similar in pricing in many European countries

Looks good, but I have mixed experience with Xiaomi. Less than ideal software support, overloaded with software and features on one end and missing stuff on other end, often too aggressive task killer and bizarre issues like NFC payments that I couldn't ever make to work on ANY Xiaomi. Xiaomi Mi5 years ago never worked right with any NFC payment and Poco X4 GT also just doesn't work. When i had iPhone XR, everything just worked. Including NFC. Unconditionally and always. But X4 GT was 350€, Xiaomi 13 Pro will cost at least 3x as much. Almost hard pass for me and will probably just go with Samsung Galaxy S instead.

I would say it's insane laziness of developers for apps and the android if they do this bad optimization that requires so much RAM to use a mobile phone. Even desktop computers and laptops dont need more then 8GB for majority of things anyone is doing on them. For gaming i understand 16GB for PC but for mobile games that are like Playstation 2 quality or even less is just bad if they need more then 8GB that is already overkill for a phone anyways
