        Don't switch, buy both!
        Both heave functions that we can't find on other software.

          Yeah, because getting attention to your personal device from complete strangers is what you really want.

          Also, Samsung (and others) should be more concerned about explaining why people would need to use foldable smartphones in the first place.

                the galaxy flip may have the same appeal as the iPhones if we're talking about brand symbolism but android is still android.

                they want people to switch from apple to samsung? maybe a different os but with the same cleanliness and optimization as iOS no?

I used to have a Z Fold2 under carrier, but I hated the crease so much that I replaced it with an S21. I'm very happy with my S21 to this day.

                    Meanwhile, I use both Galaxy and iPhone. I use my S21 as my PC because of DeX, but I use iPhone for simplicity and social media.

                      At the end of the day, people still buy iPhone because of status symbol and personal security, that's it.

                        I just did the opposite and got an iPhone mini after having had Samsungs exclusively since 2013. My last Samsung was a Note 10, which was a brilliant phone is every way except size; I'm just not willing to haul a tablet in my pocket anymore. I far prefer Android so I'll switch back whenever Samsung, or any other Android manufacturer, offers a truly compact phone, but I'm not holding my breath that it'll ever happen!

                          It's ads like these that further reinforces the proverbial 'war' between Apple and Android users, when in reality both ecosystems are becoming more and more alike. Of course if you like foldables then you already know which ecosystem you want.

                            rRadD, 16 Dec 2022Yes crease. LOLIt's funny you mention it. I went to a social event nearby a mosque yesterday and I saw a guy sitting nearby me using a Z Fold3. Even at a three-pace distance from where I'm sitting, I can clearly see the inside screen's visible crease when he unfolds it. It really is that bad!

                                No thanks, Samsung. I sold my old Galaxy Fold for an LG V50 with its detachable Dual Screen case, and I never looked back. If anything, I'm going to add the LG V60 to my collection despite not being a fan of its Dual Screen case implementation.

                                P.S. I did have a look at both Microsoft Surface Duo and Duo 2. While they both look interesting, I don't see the need to own one for the time being.

                                    Why is Samsung obsessed with iPhone users? iOS is just the minority of the market share when compared to Android. I wonder why...
