Fun fact. S22 has better screen in bright sunlight than s22u. S22u is big, so I went for the s22 instead. More pocket friendly. 108MP camera isn't impressive. Super zoom only works for the moon. Something across a lake was just extremely pixelated and blurred. Couldn't even see it was birds. Af works in wide angle? Just takes longer than main sensor.

Bad calibrated compared to oher flagships, low pwm value like midranges and uneven brightness across the surface, some points are over 50 nits difference.

FE series were the best smartphone Samsung made in the last 2 yrs and its really disappointing that they decided to not make S22FE... It could have been a great phone....

Is the fe series a winner?!
I was a fan of Samsung and I loved the phones of this company, but the s21 fe changed everything. I bought the s21 fe 256 GB Exynos version made in Vietnam in Tehran (the capital of Iran) and saw the disaster. It was only 10 minutes that I was browsing the web with this phone without downloading anything or listening to music, and this phone was heating up so much that I hated Samsung for its racist policy of sending Exynos to Iran, and I am no longer willing to buy anything from this company. Goodbye racist Samsung, I hate you because of the awful Exynos processors and I hate myself for buying phones from you.

Oh my god, winner S22 Ultra 😂 I returned this after 4 hours, terrible camera - much worse than my old Huawei P40 PRO. It's joke, not a phone. Sorry, only blind people says Samsung have good camera :/

In 2019 before Covid they sell around 5M to 7M units per Quarter but in 2022 they sell around 7M to 8M units, During Covid they use to sell around 8M to 9M units.
Also their lineup arent bad, you can Pick s7 for around $400 nowadays and some strong midrange like s7FE with sd 778G.

samsung is winning because is pretty much the only decent android remaining if you hate iphone and IOS but they got lazy in the last years and barely came with any improvement after huawei dropped dead and having no real competition.
But then is me who says fck their laziness and their recycled phone and i just ordered vivo x90 pro from china which i think not even s23 ultra has any chance against it in many categories.
After using a huawei for years i just can't come back on that lousy smart stay and face recognition of samsung anymore and the fact they are years away from using an 1 inch sensor.

Apple does not get rid of samsung because no other (Boe , LG) is capable to deliver the amount Apple needs.
Samsung Display division sells to BBK much better screens than ones used by S series.

I understand trying to capture the lower end of the market to some extend, but I honestly feel like Samsung's releasing too many phones per year. I'd honestly rather see them focus on only a handful of models and let people pick older phones if they're looking for cheaper options. Unlike Apple, Samsung phones routinely go on sale and see their prices drop by large margins over time. All those phones every year must definitely also make it hard to keep them all working with their software, plus getting them all updated over the years.

At least Fold 4 and Flip 4 have wireless charging. Oppo Find N2, N2 Flip, and Motorola Razr 2022 do not.

Laughing hard on this. I agree that samsung display is great but most gaming phones comes with much better didplay much better frame rate, better brightness and many else.
Even a Nubia red magic for half the price have much better screen in every single aspect many other gaming and non gaming phones too. Sharp brand is a very good example.
The Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 may look the same as their predecessors but they’re better everyday phones in the several important ways. The Galaxy Z Fold4 got a better 50MP main camera and a much better 3x telephoto camera over its predecessor, while the Galaxy Z Flip4 got a needed battery and charging speed boost.
Laughing hard again. Samsung sad they support up to 45W charging and yet confirmed charging speed at most is up to 22W thus to so called upgrade.
When comes to folding phones Royale Flexpai were first was cheaper but not better.
But apart from Royale flexpay every other brand Xiaomi, Oppo, Motorola etc gives lighter, with bigger battery, faster charging and a charger in the box, a lot better specced foldable and flipable phones with cheaper prices and in case of Motorola no bloatware UI inside,
Like every recent year, Samsung’s midrange lineup was in demand. Both the Galaxy M series and the A made small improvements over their predecessors but kept the underlying philosophy intact - good user experience at a great price.
Maaaan really??? Every chinese phone maker gives a lot better specced device fr half the cost. A52 by Samsung was 10 times better than A53. And A33 and A53 is a 200 eur difference for just a different camera but same CPU and GPU.
S22 and S22 plus sold really badly at my stores many people bought better specced Xiaomi, Motorola Pro and Ultra series.
And to said samsung tablets apart very high price customer get nothing remarkable.
Companies like lenovo or Xiaomi offered a lot better devices for much less.
By the way RT2 is one of best specced affordable tablets money can buy and its a real battery beast with 20 000 mAh cell 8GB ram and 128GB storage expandable via micro SD card and a IP68 / IP69K / MIL-STD810G certified.
At alliexpress cost 270 euros. No samsung can beat this no matter what.
So once again Samsung is a very good company offering great devices onyl problem is they asking too much for something chinese companies would do better, offer with better specs and at a much lower price. Hence the fact.
ZTW Axton Aerospace edition for 800 bucks is most affordable premium grade flagship money can buy this year. 800 euros is really awesome.
Only plus for Samsung is S Pen in Ultra series but that aint worth 700 price difference between ZTE Axton 40 Aerospace edition and S22 Ultra.
many else chinese flagship grade devices and even midrangers came with equal or better specs for a price which samsung wouldnt sell no matter what.
If they werent so greedy they could be a very likeable company. But thir own greed and fact they are fueled by greed killing them and is a main reason why people preffer other brands.
