Its a 6 inch phone not a 70 inch TV.
Difference wont be that big on a such smal phone anyway.
And that gorrila glass can be easily replaced by much more cheaper 9H 5D screen protector.
It will make same results for much less. Also good quality leather cover will do it for me or you when protecting screen.

Just an example usb 2.0 for what sake you need 4.0 or better if transfering few photos from one device to another will cost litterary same time.
And for more i could use much faster wifi if available.
There are counless of other examples i could say but will be for vain anyway.

If you are in hurry Samsung is good for nothing.
Since time is money faster is better.
Once Samsung start using a 200W charger they will be popular.
But since Note 7 they are afraid of anything.
I personaly wouldnt go lower than now 67W charging speeds and would love to have a phone with 200W plus which retains good battery life even after a 2 years of use like nowdays chinese flagships.
Samsung since is afraid of its self got bored. And by the way S22, S21 and S20 looks alike. Past 3 - 4 years most smasung phones looks like same device with tottaly boring design.

Samsung, google, sony. apple uses a lot more and still their charging speeds on their 1000+ eur flagships are equal to a 100 eur chinese device.
For transfering few photos from one device to another 2.0 is good enough. And in this case a fast wifi will preform better.
For large files such as videos and in large quantities 2.0 is maybe not enough but be honest how much or better to say how often you transfer files from your device to another inlarge scale such as 50GB or more??? Maybe once or twice a year.
For that case USB 2.0 is good enough.

Flagship does not need to be costly to become flagsip.
Poco F1 pro had a price tag of 330 and came with best available CPU and GPU at that time. For many people it becomes a flagship ggrade device even for GSMArena team.
Others needed more specs and features.
If for example i make a genuine phone like Sony Xperia pro-1 which cost 1800 bucks but add a SD860 or SD788G for example will it be flagship??? Most people will say no because it will lack best out of best CPUs and GPUs.
So yes a 300k ferrari is a flagship grade car but not for everyone.
If i buy same car for 100k i would be less flagship because i paid less??? Of course not.
Its hard to explain but also its hard to understand certain people.

If samsung put a 200W charing into their phones they will be best since i am using 67W charging now and plan to go at least 100 i am tired and bored to wait half a day untill my phone is ready to use.
A flagship grade phone with garbage charging speeds worse than most Xiaomi, Oppo, Realme, Vivo, Oneplus etc phones under 200 bucks. No thanks.
Since time is money faster is always better.
Also samsung loves to scam its customers. Reason why they got 14 million fine by australian government for missleading water resistance ads.

Irrespective of price this device is too big and too heavy. Due to lack of quality compact Android smartphone, Apple took over small phones market. Yes, this market is not big, but those who need a high-quality compact device have no choice but to purchase iPhone 12/13 mini.

And when i look at Sony sales Sony is least buying brand by customers just because of price.
They excluded everything which would make this phone very expensive for nothing.
Instead of jack use USB-C adopter.
Instead of slow inferior micro sd which you cant use as a storage for apps buy a higher disk space model or use cloud storage and stop creepily whuinning please is awfull.
IP68 is another garbage. If i buy waterproof cover from alliexpress for 2 bucks i can swim with ym phone everywhere. Will you swim with your IP68 rated phone??? No you dont. Since even a 100 eur device can withstand few rain drops IP rating is nothing but costly gimmick.
4K on the frontcam for what??? A TikTok video to post your funky oh looking face everywhere??? Are you really think people wants see you everywhere. Its just like with Justing Bieber for example or Miley Cirus in past she was a very popular nowdys shes someone where people trying to forget about her.

Well to be honest: There’s no mention of a 10-bit panel or Gorilla Glass, but that could be just things that OnePlus has failed to list properly. No IP rating yet either, we will update you once we know more.
IP rating is useless gimmick any waterproof case does alot better job for like 2 bucks and works in salt water too. IP rating since been usualy tested standing still in clean purified water tank it have zero use and taking your phone for a swimming makes it dead. So IP6X is good for nothing. Nowdays even a 100 eur phone can whithstand few rain drops and only very clumsy people will use its phone under a very heavy rain.
Gorrila Glass is a same thing. Any 9H 5D screen protector does same or better job than a very costly GG Glass. Replacng is another 1-2 bucks buying from alliexpress or wish site is like buying 20 or even 50pcs for like 10 bucks. Also quality leather book cover will protects your screen. GG Glass is useless as it always was and people which dont care of protecting their phone would not deserve any phone apart old nokia 3310.
By sayinmg phone in cover is bulky and simmilar crap said people and creepy to be honest.
Next, the upgrades. There is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, of course, which is a major improvement over the original 8 Gen 1 and the 888 before it. And this time it is paired with faster UFS 4.0 and LPDDR5X. Plus, the base configuration available now is 12/256GB, up from 8/128GB.
For a right price this phone is very awesome to be honest but lets see what reviews will say and what JerryRigEverything will have to say about this device in his labs. If this phone pass with flying colors will be awesome. If ends like OP10 Pro or 10T it will be another shame for Oneplus.
Major camera looks good, ultravide not so much but what to expect at this price point???
Adding more price for a better ultrawide camera should be a clever move but there arent much people who can buy 1000+ eur device from their pocket money or a weekend tips.
Telephoto seems like an upgrade to me but lets see.
Since wireless charging is garbage at least for me because for 10 times faster a wired charging is better and have a less impact on battery since power comes by same way and road where wireless does opposite and greatly overheats battery,

it could be a right flagship for a right price.
Not many have to shed 1200+ for a so called real flagship with inferior to garbage charging speeds of ancient dark age era like Sony, Samsung, Apple and Google usually excluding charger in the box, excluding earplugs, case and few other things where this phone usualy comes with.
And buying on a 2 years contract is a difficult thing sice you have no idea what tommorow brings for you paying in advance or making a contract for upcomming future could or could not be a nail into the coffer.
But since times is money and faster is better, also paying less for geetting more could be a right step here. But lets see.

Nice comparison with the op9 and 10 pro.
Judging by this, the op9 pro is the most feature rich. The poor battery life on the op9 pro seems to be fixed with the Android 13 update for me (as in dramatically, holding between 50 and 66% longer as before the update!), the sd 888 is stil plenty of fast, so not changing it.

If we transfer the 16% price drop in China to EU/US prices, that would be about 750€/$. Seems like the direction is right, but still a far cry from the 500€ of the OnePlus 5 to 6 days, and even further from the original 279€ (though that was probably sold at a loss just to get popular)

It's pretty good valie in China. Only $15 more than the k50 pro given the specs is not bad. The hardware cost is definitely significantly more than the likes of the k50 pro. It also has much better global band coverage so would be more suitable for importing to Europe at least than the competition (Vivo x90, iqoo 11, Redmi k50 pro, Xiaomi 13) as it covers key European bands. Basically, a budget flagship with good overall specs and very competitive Chinese pricing
