The technician handling the repair was reluctant to talk much about this issue but I got the hint that weak adhesive is a common issue on Samsung A series. The biggest bummer is the IP ratings now gone on my A52.

Anonymous, 05 Jan 2023I've used S6. Now I use A52. It is much better. So no.You're one of those who didn't enjoy the S6 at all I believe 😊

Good phone for the price considering the US market. Can't find A76 cores in nearly any other phone at $200 in the US

I don't why Samsung has done away with SD-card expansion in galaxy FE series. That's not good at all.

Cpt.Power, 04 Jan 2023200 for a phone companies xiaomi, realme, oppo, oneplus, le... moreAll those brands you mentioned above don't advertise at all. Only Samsung, Apple and Google are heavy investing in markering. So you are comparing two different bussines models like they're the same and expecting the same price as those who don't invest so much. That's... Not objective. But I had no big expetation from you anyway. We all know what are you doing here on Samsung's or Apple's, or Google and Sony comment section.

So let me ask you the same question you asked Samsung. Arent you bored to bash same brands for almost a decade? Lol... Yoi just have to google some simple questions like: "why is samsung more expensive then most of Chinese brands and you would find out that they have a different bussines model and they can't switch. It is what it is. But even Chinese brands are indeed cheaper, that doesn't mean they are better in every way then non-Chinese brands.
Do you agree with anything I said? Do you have something to add?

                      Peace out!

Microsoft simply screwed up Nokia. I don't think that we can blame HMD since there aren't good representatives for a brand with a turbulent history.
Lenovo phones are better if your region prices them competitively. But I don't think they're viable for those who live in countries with non-competitive markets

Anonymous, 05 Jan 2023I used Nokia 5,4 before, this was the worst phone I ever us... moreIt might be you who switched from Nokia to Samsung but I've never seen anybody switch from Nokia, unless they have no choice or they got a gift from somebody else.
Agree competely on how Samsung is ahead in terms of software features, since stock Android is late to adopt software features from other brands, but disagree completely on Samsung having better build quality, despite using the same ODMs.
Apart from that, the 5.4 retails for around $100-120 and I don't think there are better options at that price point, and I find it pointless to compare that cheap phone to a Samsung that retails 3-4 times higher and the frequency of software updates.
After all, it's your choice to choose one brand over the other. 😊

So desperate was Microsoft in trying to make the 'third ecosystem', it forced Nokia to make a Windows tablet.

All that is left of Nokia is the brand name. HMD Global makes crappy and forgettable phones. In fact, if you aren't too obsessed with camera quality, you'll be happier picking up a Motorola phone.

It's a cheap phone for cheap people, but I guess you get plenty of bang for your buck. The Mediatek chip is a disappointment, my opinion is that it is not good enough for a midranger in 2023.
