11 January 2023
The design is surely finalized by now. We have less than a month until the S23 series launches.

Kratos-, 11 Jan 2023It's been long time haven't used a Samsung device... morei got the s22 ultra with the recent android 13 oneui 5.0 update.
software is great, i couldn't detect any bugs in my daily use, software is smooth and ui is even more customizable (e.g. thumbnail colours, system apps colours etc. --> colour palette settings).
i have no complaints about the battery, it keeps me through two days with mediocre usage (my battery settings: power saving: on, always on display: switched on, cpu speed: limited to 70%, brightness: decreased by 10%, 5g: on, limit apps and home screen: off, adaptive battery (battery life extended based on phone usage): on, battery protection (max. charge limited to 85%): on.
i have been using it for about 3 months now.

i hope i have been able to help you. 😉

808Droid, 11 Jan 2023S10 still the best Samsung phone to dateI still love my S10 and use it frequently even though I have a Z Flip4. I wish the S23 had the bright colors of the S10 series.

The ultra looks OK but the S23 and S23+ look weird with the three camera modules and the rounded corners.

geordie81, 11 Jan 2023is it possible to make one mobile camera lens that can go a... moreThere's one already right now on Xperia 1 IV but it's only ranging from 3.5x to 5.2x and the module is really big.

On the kther hand, LG Innotek just announced periscope module with 10x but thinner last week. If it's combined with Xperia 1 IV module then hopefully it would be possible in the future.

dan, 11 Jan 2023omg! the camera design looks like cheap as galaxy a13, but ... moremore like cheap phones try to copy the flagship looks by putting useless macro/depth cameras to add the number of holes on the back.

user, 11 Jan 2023They look creepylol

My black iPhone 4S on iOS6 arrived yesterday and I miss phones that size 12-15+ years ago. It makes holding my iPhone 7 and X feel awkward all of a sudden.

The S23 lineup looks bland. Samsung seems more focused with their Z Folds and Z Flips by August with the Z Folds becoming their true flagship. The buzz for their S-lineup is no longer there. Unpacked was exciting from 2012 with the S3 through 2017 with the S8.

It's been long time haven't used a Samsung device my last one was galaxy s6 n I had a somewhat a bad experience with it according to software n battery anyone can give us a feedback about the new flagships does their software feel a bit sluggish n what about battery

omg! the camera design looks like cheap as galaxy a13, but the inside very expensive

I wish there would be an S23 Pro... Same camera setup as the S23 Ultra, but in the size of the smallest model...

(Or if iPhones would be available with Android :D because Apple can put decent camera in the smallest model, just iOS experience is very poor compared to Android)

is it possible to make one mobile camera lens that can go all the way from wide angle up to to say 10X much like DSLR lenses can?
its not uncommon to see DSLR lenses range from 24-240mm or how about a single lens that can go from 18mm to 300mm also like some DSLR lens.
Could this be done via periscope methods or is there something different that would be needed?
It just seems like an awful lot of space is required building all those camera modules, but then again i don't know how camera internals work hence my question above.
