springus, 13 Jan 2023On Connect by T-Mobile, you get: "1,000 min domestic ... moredamn, so expensive. in my country for $3.20 you get 30 day plan (20Gb data which you can use in 3G, 4G or 5G and 30 minute free domestic call *honestly for almost 3 years nobody use conventional call or sms. most of them use whatsapp, telegram or line)

Anonymous, 13 Jan 2023you guys pay 10 dollar per month !!? On Connect by T-Mobile, you get:
    "1,000 min domestic talk.
    1,000 domestic texts
    1GB domestic data"
for $10 (plus taxes and fees). I have the 12-month plan at $15 per month with Mint for unlimited talk and text with 4GB of 5G data per month.

As a happy owner of Mint Mobile, I'm not happy with this news.

You get what you pay for!! All these budget plans. The call centers are outsourced to foreign countries do the customer service representatives are clueless. There is no tech support whatsoever!! There are no stores to go to for help. I've had this service for a month, and I find that this service is not set up for Android phones. No one gets back to you, they are clueless! T Mobile will make it better, but Ryan Reynolds should be ashamed of himself for such poor service!! But you get what you pay for!! Stay with the bigger carriers. They're more expensive, but worth the money. Buyer beware

Looks to me like they're just trying to kill their competition. T-Mobile launched a very similar service called "Connect by T-Mobile" in 2022, with very cheap plans with limited data ranging from $10 to $35 per month (though with slightly less data). Really would be a shame to lose Mint, I already had to ditch Republic Wireless years ago and it would be annoying to have to switch carriers AGAIN.

                    Noooo please no

Most likely their gonna merge Mint with Metro by T-Mobile, because why have a cheaper service if you can charge up to $60 a line lol. Verizon even has a $25 dollar plan that's way faster and has no speed or mmWave restrictions.

Been on straight talk for years. ALL fees included, never had an issue...50 bucks a months.

What, I had no idea Ryan Reynolds was the owner of this carrier lol.

no, no, no. we've had enough of big companies buying up smaller ones to kill the competition only for the bought company to end up mediocre and overpriced. NO.
