Good that they use 4 efficiency cores on both of these too now. I thought it was weird to remove two of them when going from base to Pro, making the Pro potentially less efficient on easier tasks

Good question I'm betting the answer is yes considering we're really close to phones being able to handle 8K 30FPS video. Not that it matters though 8K is diminishing returns.

Looks like Apple have slowed down development speed of it's chips, these new chips looks like Intel's famous micro incremets.

            Even budget phones do 4k filming/editing 🤷‍♂️

No one in that highlight reel mentioned 8k

Man apple gets more propaganda like with every announcement. Of their creator clips someone was asking "can it handle 4K video?" Well my phone 4 year old phone can so it better be able to lOl. "3D models so advanced that PC laptops can't even run them!" Cap. That's a ridiculous claim. Say the mac is getting 60FPS on that workload, theoretically a PC could be like a quarter the performance and still be able to handle it. But that's clearly not the case. x86 may draw a lot of power but as of right now it's just plain faster than apple silicon.
I close this comment with the funny tidbit that I genuinely snorted when they talked about gaming performance.

The question is, will they overheat like M2?
