Nope. Scandanavia is getting the same Snapdragon processor as everyone else. And not just on the s23u. It's also in the s23 and s23+!

The Exynos 2300 isn't looking like it changes things, since they're keeping the chip, once again, in-house.

Currently it seems improved Exynos could make it back to flagships in 2025.

Having an Exynos powered phone is a better choice.

Hilarous, both companies copies each other.
even if Samsung makes fun of apple, Apple sometimes launch ads to make fun or other companies.

... moreTry to update the phones to see if the battery draining issues are solved, or restore it, Exynos variants are more efficient and powerful than SD.

Unless it's Exynos with smaller battery I guess. That probably explains it. Snapdragon is different though.

SoNic67, 19 Jan 2023That single fast core has NOTHING to do with the stand-by p... morei am not saying that you are not correct, I just want that the phone to basically not drain the battery more than 0.5%/h when the screen is off, with samsung currently is around 2%/h with the screen off and if you god forbit are on 15% battery left, basically the phone does whatever it can to drain what is left even faster than before hitting that 15% threshold.
You have 20% left and go to sleep? bet you that the alarm will not ring in the morning, because the phone drained all the battery doing absolutely nothing. This is what made move to iphone in 2021 and I hate the iphone, but at least on battery consumption is extremely reliable, I want to come back to android because I love to customize the phone as I want to, but somehow these battery issues on Android are keeping me away.

Pmcp, 19 Jan 2023What does this have to do with consumption in stanby?
Quie... morei mean, not to lose ton of battery when the screen is off.
in comparison with an iphone, if I go to sleep with 9% left, I still have battery in the morning, with an android even if you have 20% you have high chances that the phone will turn off during your sleep.

Very good! A custom overclocked chipset, one already beyond 888. Its been a while since Samsung created a bona fide explosion in the market... A lot of time has passed since Note7. Anyhow, may the phone warms our hearts like it warms our pockets.
But poor jokes apart, isn't this already old news, unless there're new details?
I remember something like this coming about a month ago.
