    Whatever Qualcomm is doing can be punishable under the Indian Competition Act.

        A process %30 worse than it's TSMC equivalent. S23 series will surely have overheating and poor battery life problems.

              This chipset sd8gen2-ac (for galaxy) is produced by samsung not tsmc as original sd8gen2-ab so i hope performance of galaxy device will be lower than other devices. thermal (heat) will be more battery drain will be more like the old devices with sd8gen1 produced by samsung and sd8gen1+ produced by tsmc as a comparison

                        If you think microSD is too slow, it's because of Google forcing Play Store apps to use their crippled storage API (.01 to 20 MB/sec). Apps from other stores can bypass it to get 100-200 MB/sec reads and 95-140 MB/sec writes. Older models have to wait 3-6 months . When I first got my note 9 updates were fast at first after they released note 10 by by timely updates hello waiting months . But out of all the android makers Samsung and google has the best software support

My phone has both but I don't need more than 256GB storage and I don't use wired with my phone. It isn't cool to play with wires on bus. I just use wireless/neckband or true wireless earbuds.

I'm a mobile video producer and sometimes I need to change or extend my storage. I'd rather pick an A53 with SD than a S21 without SD.

Because I didnt find a single reason to change it right now. After many years of buying premium devices I realize that there is just no point of it. No point of spending more than 400 bucks on device that no one care you have. Because if you getting new phone to flex... well you have some issues and phone will not compensate it...
                                    Hurur duru no security updates after 3 years... I hope people realize that those security updates dont do nothing if user IQ is less than phone ram capacity... Power? even A52s 5G of my mother is enough today for almost all tasks, and trust me, most of lag issues in games are lack of optimization(Im looking at you genshin and your PC shaders on phone)

Sucks rog doesn't have sd but it has better headphone and speaker output than most. Sony phones though in my opinion they are just as useless as phones without those features. They save millions in parts, software, advertising, and releasing. But charge 2-4 times as much as everyone else. Being 2-8 years behind in display "aside from 4k", camera, speakers, battery, etc.

                                      So choices are slim but they exist. There's clearly more than I've mentioned.

                                        I can say that no one use whatsapp in 2023 and guess what? people still do...

                                        SD card IS good because even if phones have more than 256GB of storage, you often end with just 190 of it. 4K or even 8K videos are more common and guess what? Even few minutes can weights a lot. Games? due to lack of any optimization most of even 2D games weight 2-4GB. Also did you ever checked how many space is taken by trash files of apps that are not removed via system cleaner? A LOT.
