It'll be through software optimisation they'll get equal efficiency with the standard SD8g2 chips (probably working with Qualcomm to better optimise the chip).

8Gb advertised when mid ranger phone have sometimes the same amount or even more! Remember the Note10+ when launched on 12/256 for the base model ? And with a MicroSD/extension slot!

The logo doesn't really tell me that it's diffferent from a regular SD 8 Gen 2.
Why not name it 8 Gen 2 S or something

Why not just call it Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Galaxy ? Would be so much more catchy. Then again, with the insane pricing they opted for, this thing has to be just perfect in Galaxy S23 series. If it'll be badly cooled or otherwise gimped, it'll just flop so monumentally it won't even be funny.
