Lol serious the one person they shouldn't sue is HTC, they are literally the only person pushing Windows Phone along with Nokia, there also bone dry when it comes to money.
If HTC drops Windows Phone then I think its really close to being game over for Nokia. Just look at the L920 its a great phone but its exclusive everywhere, and carriers aren't showing much interest. Instead the HTC Windows Phone 8 is on many more carriers.

"Nokia bought Salora Oy in 1984 and now owning 100% of the company, changed the company's telecommunications branch name to Nokia-Mobira Oy. The Mobira Talkman, launched in 1984, was one of the world's first transportable phones."

Nokia, don't waste your time for nonsense thing like this.
Your overall phone revenue is declining each day.
You better don't mess with Adroid camp because they can crush you anytime!

Steals a battery-saving patent. Still has awful battery life. HTC if you going to do it, do it properly

nokia is the most innovating company so they have the right to sue other companies when they use ther tek. just pay royalties for and this will not happen expect a lot more lawsuits in future. i mean if someone took your idea and is using it for there benefit wouldnt u want a cut .its only logical, i like when phones copy each other so i dont have to change one feature for another but it does not mean they should steal the tek .pay homage
