Samsung market share growed 2% even with exynos S22U and all Chinese phones fell.
If Samsung leaves Android, Android is Chinese and everyone will follow Samsung.

That said, it is quite obvious Samsung won't leave Android as a rogue brand, even though they're responsible for almost all revenue on Android. If they leave, they will organise it with a few other key Android device brands.

"Oh but Samsung has to increase price to increase profit".
But their profit is still enormous because of the margins, despite the supposed 69% drop.
"Oh but they can't decrease price because that means more devices for same profit."
But increased price means less sold for more money. You lose customers with price increase.

Also not forget that Android is not only in phones, Lots of TVs and other devices use it.

Samsung are real good last few years. They got their software right. They ship updates before Google. Their cameras outsmart Apple and Google last 12 months. The Knox security thing works. DeX actually works on s22. Combine this with the best hardware all around and pretty good prices on the mid range. No wonder their revenues for the 2022 grew and they got much bigger market share now eating the pie of Chinese manufacturers that suffer from chronic software and quality control issues.

Other phone manufactures (Moto , Nokia , Redmi) are manufacturing their phone with pure/stock Android, why Samsung not manufacture their phone with pure/stock Android phone for A series phones?.

Those days (2012-2017) phones are looks good for hardware specs but now phones are like useless brick size with useless ultrawide , macro and depth cameras. Samsung have A , M , F , S series phones. So they can easily allocate those phone series for personal users for A series , gamers for M series , office users for F series , business users for S series.
A series users
5.7 - 6.0 inch display is better with snapdragon cpu and one best rear camera is best option.
M series users
6.8 - 7.5 inch display is better with exynos cpu (with amd gpu) and 6500mAh battery is best option.
F series users
6.0 - 6.5 inch display is better with Mediatek/Unisoc cpu with 5000mAh battery is best option.
S series users
6.0 - 6.8 inch display is better with snapdragon/mediatek/exynos cpu with 5500mAh battery is best option.

As it stands right now Google actually worships Samsung cause if Samsung falls Google will be going with them so they might not have a choice if Samsung wants them to or maybe 🤔

In some markets, Samsung controlled their inentory quite tightly. When the S22 and S21FE were released, in some markets, you could hardly find the old S21 models on retailers. When a consumer goes into a Samsung store, the FE becomes a decent deal, considering you get flagship chip and flagship camera.

I had predicted this will happen because the way Samsung taking more profits by following "The Fruit Brand" step to remove charger on its sales packaging. Especially in mid entry level smartphone like A series.. People reacted so loud with this. Samsung fans and other people shock Samsung take Apple steps. And it turns out they picked another brands who still providing charger. Samsung is so greedy to make some profits and it turned out fail...

No.
What about Knox as a business security platform? Consumers don't care or know about it. Large multinationals that purchase devices in the thousands do.
