It is better... moreI might've used wrong words, so I'll correct myself, SD695 is intentionally crippled hardware, there, I said it fairly. CPU is great, GPU is below its league.
With such high performance, how can they stop us from recording in 4K or even 1080p60? or displaying more than 1080p?
Do you realise a Snapdragon 625 from 2015 does better here? Plus a SD 625 has better audio quality as well. Even in terms of performance, it has a long way to go.
As for chipsets you mentioned, well, who takes even 732G (leave alone others) in the segment, when a 750G phone is around the same price, around $200 (Samsung F23)? Love to know your thoughts...

Worst company ever seen. Poco is fraud company their phone age will be just 1 year. And worst service by company.
After software update my camera is not working nd company is, asking 10000 to repair it.

I'm sure Hardik Pandya (I love this man) showed his honest side by saying that the Snadragon 695 sucks.
And Poco did the right thing by taking it seriously. SD 695 is crap. Not welcome in India.

But sd888 and 8gen1 aren't as bad as reviewers and gamers made them look. As long as your gaming sessions aren't too long even with heavy games and the phone has decent enough cooling both chips are clearly ahead of their respective competitors.

The reason why Xiaomi still uses Snapdragon 695 is, they probably bought too many of those SoCs and now they don't know what to do with them so they put them in cheap phones otherwise they would lose money.

Under Samsung Foundries, there are some SD SoC are originated called SD 888, 888+, 8 Gen 1, 7 Gen 1, 6 Gen 1 etc. Those are ditched the android smartphone market a lot. Then why we need such crap again by Samsung FAB. All those SoC are hot bomb.

i think it would be better if they used dimensity 1100 for x5 and 1200 for x5 pro. because 695 is weak for its price and 870 is so overused now
