Maybe some poor african and asian countries are different but thats just minority among all 206 coutries in this god damn forsaken and forgotten world or a crack in the hole called Earth.
99 percent of people will not buy a phone with slow charging once they will taste steroids called fast charging where phone will top up battery in 5-10 minutes,
30W is 2 hours of charging depends on battery size. Doogee V max for example would charge 6-8 hours with 30W charging because its super slow.
67W is a bare minimum i would suggest in 2023 for any kind of the touch phone.
Faster is better 200+ would be ideal or from 0 to 100 percent wthin 60 seconds.
Reason Samsung and Apple dont give fast charging is that their batteries sucks greatly.
Note 7 and famous Apple battery gate was a good example.
Since time is money faster will be always better and even had bargain and super stubborn Apple and Samsung fans would never come back to said brands unless they will add 240W+ or better charging speeds once they will tastest steroid fruits of fast charging.
I personaly use 67W now and would never come back to anything slower only faster.
Next time i will get new phone it will charge faster than phone i have now and will go even faster with phone after my next one.
30W and slower like Apple and Samsung have is a garbage. Waiting many hours or whole night to charge the battery and have battery whole this time under heat from cgarging which will slowly damage battery over time is a no and a bad move from company.
Phones with 200W+ charges so fast battery wont even heat up when the phone gets fully charged.

Don't give lame comments.. 99% people dont need 100W+ charging..
30W is good enough to charge phone in 1 hour.
67W is best as it takes 40min to full charge.. So 20-80% will happen in 30 minutes, that's Superfast and faster than most people would expect.. Nobody does 0-100% daily..
There's a reason why Samsung and Apple don't provide 100W charging.. Which have more R&D resources than chinese companies.

If 800 charging cycles means 80 charges from 0 to 100% which in this case means 800 days for example which is 2 and half years when battery degrade by 20% which is bad but aint really bad because if new phone can last 1 day on heavy usage 2 day on medium usage and 3 days on light usage for example 800 charging cycles and 20% capacity drop can in theory be 3 years of use a time when most people buy new device anyway because most devices wont get more support anyway.
Usualy people buy on a contract from carrier which last 2 years and then if not those people then staff from their respective carriers calls sometimes as a promo or for raising sales to peacefully force people to buy new phone and device since their old device plan ended.
It works just like that.
So one again since time is money faster is better (I really means charging)
And since most people buys on contract which usualy last 2 years and then someone from carrier peacefulyl forces them to buy new device or those people will buy since they can because their old device was paid.
And since most phone brands have 2 years of updates plus one extra for security people buy new phone faster than their old device will be too old or needs battery replacement.

O... moreNew apps don't work well with outdated software on our phones and we are constantly updating our apps so yeah, sure, any phone even my Xperia Z3 Compact form 2014 could work for basics even it lost all software support, but that's not what most of people who want to have their phones for longer want. They want longer software support because their phone is still updating and have a good chance to be better with time.
I perfectly understand that people are different and it's impossible to expect everyone has the same taste in everything, but it seems you don't get that and it looks like you are fighting over some other people preferences, but guess what. You already loose because you cant impact other peoples preference, not in that passive agressive type of explanation you're offering.
Imagine I'm trying to persuade you in something you personaly don't believe. Like these longer software support or having a SD card on a phone is more valuable then depending on old software to work flawlessly and depending on Cloud storage or expensive internal memory instead. I can go on forever because everything that Chinese phones have you have your propaganda saying they are unbeatable and that's better then having longer support or OIS or whatever, but when something Chinese phones don't have like for example IP ratings, USB 3.0 or above standard, OIS on main camera or shorter software support then suddenly every mentioned thing somehow becomes irrelevant and you're trying to persuade us into your way of thinking which is impossible. That's why people are joking with you and your comments are not taken seriously. You're trying too hard for Chinese brands to look better in every possible way and that thing shows. Everyone can see it. You are the real definition of a hater. The most funny thing is that you never provide any source with your claims and oh boy you had so many silly claims in here. No source no buying that crap of yours. Sorry man, but how can you just blindly believe what companies are advertising? Show me a certificate that proves 100W+ ultra fast chargings don't impact battery longetivity. Show me a TUW certificate for that because I can't find it and I'm on TUW page right now. Many Chinese brands have their certificates about plenty of stuff and for fast chargings aswell on their websites and they are certifited by TUW but not for that thing everyone is asking. They have been certified only for battery saftey which is not the same as battery longetivity. Battery saftey is great as that means battery won't explode or cought fire easily but what about impact on battery longetivity? There isn't any word on that. I don't want to hear your logic behind. I want a scientific proof because I want a certificate from a trustful source and sorry but you ain't one. That's kust your personal opinion with all logic behind it and that's cool but it's not proving anything. That's why we have certificates.
Now, why wouldn't companies just get that certificate? They didn't and the only reason I see this happening because they want to hide something from us. Aren't you worried about why would companies hiding any info about their products from us?
That's the only thing people want to know. Heat is not the only cause to get batteries detoriate over time. Charging cycles are important also.

Almost 2 years later, my battery is as good as new.

Why do you even post news about Realme? It's one of those companies which support Putins' Russia. They should be canceled. Just google them. Don't take my word only. They are sending tons of smartphones there and expanding like crazy. They even organize events in Russia. Just to make a quick buck.

It's really not a deal breaker. Even if fast charging reaches 1 min to fully charge a 4000mah battery. Please check the overall sales performance of companies and tell me the company that has 200w fast charging beats apple with 25w fast charger and samsung.

It would take more than fast charging to convince people who use their products to abandon them. Fast charging is nice, but will not convince people to abandon these two brands, especially if they are invested in each one's ecosystem.

I mean qualcomm has their own, but proprietary charging being offered by chinese brands like BBK Technologies, Huawei and Xiaomi. Proprietary meaning if you do not use their own power brick and cable you won't be able to use.
