I would think Max is maximum, but I guess that's just for Pro. Can't wait for the Ultra Pro when they give an M2 SoC and still run the same iOS so you can't really do anything extra you couldn't do on an old iPhone 6 around 8 years ago.

People here behaving as if Apple is forcing them to buy iPhone. If you don't like iPhone then just ignore it. Some people just can't shut their and ignore. Making unnecessary chaos is in their DNA.

No one is forcing you to buy this or that, no one is stealing from you. Its always you choice. Theres like hundreds of different smartphones every year to choose from.

iPhone 14 Pro Max is way behind Android Ultra flagships for gaming, multitask, camera because Apple didn't implement proper cooling for the SoC, not enough RAM, and cost cutting.
I am using a 14PM and have been iPhone user for 13 years but I am not going to pretend Android isn't more developed along the line of computer.

An iPhone ultra needs to match the flagship androids in terms of specs to justify the model 'Ultra'
Give me:6.9" screen,
512gb base storage,
4 cameras, 48mp main and 20mp for the Ultrawide, 3X and new 10X telephoto lens also with wider apertures,
Improved macro skills,
smaller pill cutout,
bigger 5000mAh battery,
8gb ram, I would like more, but its not overly needed and apple don't make such big jumps.
USB-C, faster wireless and wired charging.

upgraded 20mp front facing camera
I would love to see some more manual controls added to the default camera app, its kind of a boring app otherwise.
OK i know this is at least 2-3 itterations on iPhones, not likely to get it all in 1 go, but can wish

Add a build in s-pen sort of experience, a real always on display and I'm in, that would make me switch to Apple for my daily driver. Doesn't have to be a foldable for me perse.
