Mollisol, 20 Feb 2023Planned obsolescence. Shameful! You wonder whether it'... moreTotally true and totally convinced
I've had some minor issues after I updated my xiaomi phone so I stopped
I read some comments on new issues with latest updates
If you buy a new phone I recommend updates up to 1 year from release then you should stop especially with the fact that newer Android versions has no important features

The trolling in the comment section is mind blowing. My S21 Ultra exynos has no problems, better yet, the battery life is a bit better than it was on 5.0, same goes with my dads S21. It's a bug and nothing more but people like to troll and wine all the time like b....

Need EASY FIX? Upgrade to S23 Ultra
          by Samsung Marketing

          :))))

Do not believe (yet) that Samsung would deliberately sabotage older models. Much less on the "recent" S22.

Apple does this indeed and it's a scam.
That's why my brother a former Apple fanatic left Apple. Left for good. For Samsung
So far the S22 of my GF is fine. I am sure it's a bug.

what a good scamsung's support teams day 💀

                Scamsung who would have thought.

                Planned obsolescence!

They're so desperate to sell their S23 series & they're stooping so low to bug their S22 series to force them to buy new ones. Very Scamsung of them.

I am on 5.1 S22 Ultra with Performance mode since I bought the phone, and the battery improved significantly

I've experienced battery drain on every model after s5. So nothing new on this.

Planned obsolescence. Shameful! You wonder whether it's an update or downgrade.

Nowadays if you buy a smartphone NEVER update it. You wonder why all the fixes in the update changelog come from, they are usually deliberately introduced. This planned obsolescence practice is very common in 🍏 & Chinese phones Oppo Realms Vivo Opplus & Xiaomi now Samsung too damn very sh#ty of them

BJR, 20 Feb 2023Planned Obsolescence in full effect. Before you use the big words, try understanding what they mean.
After you do, you might want to target that statement at OEMs that provide 1-2 years of support for their phones.

BJR, 20 Feb 2023Planned Obsolescence in full effect. Nah, dude.. it's just a bug.
Samsung is on the better side about obsolescence, at least software-wise.

S23 upgrade rolling out now at about 600mb

I didn't have any battery drain issues nor the update switched my phone into performance mode , it is the same as before update while the animations are way faster & smoother

updated several days ago but did not noticed any drain issues (exynos)

Well, at least it's fixable. The worst issue you can possibly have is the one which you cannot fix temporarily until the company solves it.
