Where was that Ulefone with a near flagship chip, 1TB storage, and 7000mAh battery? That was the most interesting phone imo

Aierlan, 06 Mar 2023To be honest it seemed like a very boring event. I thought... moreMost phone brands would go to CES to showcase new ideas and concepts.

I like the Xiaomi 13 Pro's camera performance because of the Leica Authentic mode, but I'm looking forward to seeing what Honor can do with the Magic5 Pro. After all, that is the only phone from the list with USB-C 3.1 and wired video output support (because of MagicUI Desktop Mode).

For the mid-ranger, the Vivo V27 Pro gets my vote. It may not have flagship-grade camera hardware or the still-relevant headphone jack and microSD card support, but the Dimensity 8200 SoC is an absolute beast. I'm curious how the vanilla V27 with Dimensity 7200 SoC stacks up.

For entry-level phones, it's an easy Nokia G22 for me. It's great to see a more accessible Fairphone for everyone outside the EU. If I'm looking for a new entry-level smartphone as a digital detox for the holidays or as a secondary backup, that is the one.

To be honest it seemed like a very boring event. I thought it would be more about manufacturers showcasing new technology or showcasing new concepts for the future, highlighting new directions etc. In reality it just seemed like mainly an event for brands to showcase their latest global launches. More of a marketing opportunity for the different brands than anything else. Very little innovation was on show at least according to what was reported on technology sites. Maybe that is the aim of the whole thing though, an event for brands to launch their new devices.

I thinking whats important today is release closed sourse operating system in made in Europe (even Nokia Nothing phone, or other Europian Brand ) only with sideloding Android apps and even Ios ipad os mac os apps, programs, phones and tand tablets. Its because closed sourse operating system is safer and more privete for user experience, this is important todays internet tracking days, where tracking policy and cookies policy is not on user side. Brands lets think about it. I thinking Blackerry 10 os made mistake to unssuport closed source os.

Even if you think all options are garbge for you or how much you dont like them, among them there is still a "best" because they are not equal.
So i think the poll is still valid.
Dont get mad at me. This is just my opinion. If you think im right, even when youre hurt, put a like..

And the winner is... S23 series!
If this is all chinese brands can do, Samsung can rest and win even with older devices.

Anonymous, 05 Mar 2023Where is the "None" option?Exactly!

None of the flagships with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 supports Wifi 7 ? Many of them, doesn't even support triband. It a shame.
