iPhone 14 body means 2 cameras for sure, they won't use just 1 because they would use XR design then. The chip will for sure be A16 at least, maybe even A17 (highly doubtful) like they used the newest chipsets before with its SE line.
I also doubt they would put 64GB, no one would buy that and 64GB isn't enough anymore.

Should've been based on the 5.4-inch iPhone mini, or even the 5.8-inch iPhone X.

I don't think there's a point of doing this, releasing SE 4. It's too close to the base iPhone 15, if we leave the dynamic island behind. Unless they change something about their base flagships, i don't think it'll sell well.
What i want to see on base models is 120hz refresh rate, it's 2023 where 90% of phones have at least 90hz and most of them 120hz but then the Pro's wouldn't make much of sense except for better cameras so they'll surely stick with 60hz.
