You can't accept the fact that the lack of high refresh rate on the standard series is one but many of the features it lacks compared to the Pro series and Android flagships (which is also something that existing Apple users are complaining about). The Apple ecosystem is no doubt a plus point but it should not blind you from differentiating what's good and what's bad.

LOL, all the android fanboys are complaining about how it ain't 120hz. But seriously, I'd take 60Hz any day, if it meant that I still get iMessage, FaceTime, iCloud, and the overall smoothness of iOS. Android brokies can keep complaining, but this is why I love the Apple ecosystem, you get access to great services, even if it means a more premium pricetag and not getting leading edge features, while the ecosystem also keeps out the brokies. Android fools can stay mad, but you can stick to your crappy Android flagships, we don't need your addition to the Apple ecosystem.

I had also better phones (iPhones and Android phones). I like both and usually switch between Samsung and Apple phones, because these two are the best in my opinion.
I just have the Galaxy A23 5G now, because of some financial reasons. Also, I wanted to not spent so much time on my phone, as I did with the better models in the past.

That means refresh rate is not that important, especially for iPhones, which run smooth even after couple if years of usage. As for cheap Android phones with 120Hz refresh rate, if the rest of the phone is sh*tty, then is not very good.
I have a 120Hz refresh rate phone (Galaxy A23 5G) and that phone is not smooth all the time. Is ok for the price, but is less smooth than my previous iPhone 11 for example.
I can't explain it, you have to have them both in your hands and you will understand what I mean.
Bottom line, 120Hz refresh rate is nice to have, but should be accompanied by nice components elsewhere. Otherwise is just some nice number on a spec sheet.

Its because you are paying so much, you are paying the price that every company but apple will give you at least 90hz screen
People are satisfied because they don't know better, everyone I showed how smooth 120hz screen is loved it even if moments before that they didn't know what it even is, apple is making profit off ignorance
And even if 60hz is enough for you, the price phone is at it should be standard you get at least 90hz, because it makes things better and because if you don't like it, you can turn it off
I don't understand this stupid mentality, you guys willingly lick boots of apple who rip you off in so many ways and justify it by "I don't need more", even if you don't need it you should still have an option to use it, and if you don't need more buy cheaper phone, don't give money for features you don't get
I know android fanboys are bad, but man apple ones are something else, next iPhone could literally be nothing but air and cost 5000 dollars and y'all would buy it because it's an apple product
Reason why normal iPhone is most sold phone is because most people buy it as status symbol but don't have cash for most expensive iPhones
