I dislike both companies for fake moon images. It's one thing to process image by balancing noise, colours etc, it's another thing to add details when non existent.

David 040882, 10 Mar 2023They've always been focused on camera performance anyw... morethey were going well until p30 pro. it was becoming a premium device with good value for money. so,people started to give a chance to huawei. however, huawei bumped the price of the phone by 40% 5-6 months after the launch. that's where everything started going downwards. then, the bans limiter software and hardware, too. however, p40 was priced even higher like nothing happened. so, huawei hit the bottom in global smartphone market. the only reason they are not closing their smartphone business is,they remain competitive in one big market, China.

I got the p30 pro for the zoom. It was amazing. Then media started accusing it of AI selecting existing moon pictures lmao
Samsung comes out with the same zoom, a year later, no one says a word. All the arguments about the moon being too far to take pictures of was gone.

And P30 can fit into pocket, while E-M1 Mark III with ED 100-400mm F5.0-6.3 IS, if that is that one, can barely fit into a backpack. I do have my GH5S and EOS 550D when I need to shoot and record properly, but I have P30 with me always.

This will once again tops the DxOMark charts but will be sold practicly only in China. I didn't see any new Huawei being sold after Mate 40 Pro. At least not in area where I live which is Croatia, EU.
Fyi, it's quite funny to see how many of you guys change opinions on DxOMark depending on the brand on top. If some brand you don't like is up there in top spots then they're most deffinetley payed them for such results, but when your beloved brand is on top then suddenly DxOMark becomes a valid test for mobile camera results. It's just funny lol.
