It's obvious as there are design inconsistencies between those models and other Samsung phones. However, I believe the mid-range A series and up are still originated and designed by Samsung themselves.

Last I've heard 2021 was later than 2019.
There is also an article on Sammobile, about Wingtech manufacturing 40 million Samsung phones for 2022.

Good news is, Samsung shut down its last remaining smartphone factory in China in 2019. No chinese quality anymore. 👍

Samsung isn't better than their chinese competition. Actually their A series phones are chinese as well. Wingtech makes all of them. Insane profit margins, insane pricing.
