The Galaxy A52s is still getting praise, even after the A53 has been around for a while. Can the A54 get the same love from fans?

The S20/S21 has better specs, better camera, probably still better official support and of not, MUCH better custom ROM support (nobody cares midrangers), for a similiar if not cheaper price.

              Really, what are you doing with specs? ;)
              And thats not always true. None of Samsung flagships have 7000mAh battery like my m51 has.

              Really not of my top priorities if current camera is good enough.

              I had a chance to talk with Samsung support about GS8 bad battery life. Didn't have much luck about resolving that issue.

              And current flaship phones:
              1. Have relatively poor battery life because of more power hungry HW and smaller batteries.
              2. Have dumb under display fingerprint sensor. That's a real deal breaker for me!
              3. Don't have microsd card slot. Just need it. If I'm paying extra for flagship I think I should have it!
              4. Don't have audio jack. BT headphones are not always handy. And simple wired headphones are always ready to use, don't take much place and I always have them in my backpack. Also, again, I want to have it if I'm paying premium for flagship.
              5. Some of them still have odd screen shape making difficulties with screen protectors. Really need it! ;)

                Looking at the A54 and A34 SoC, I'm sceptical if it's fast enough to run DeX. Looking at the SoC specs, it's somewhat similar to Snapdragon 695.

I had that phone for 3 months and then I sold it. It was a good phone but heavy and the Exynos was terrible. So for some times i had vanilla S21 which also has Exynos but it wasnt that bad. Maybe samsung just scrued up the 2200 like the 990 in S20 series. Now I have vanilla S23 which now has Snapdragon and i must say it's a perfect phone.

                          Compare used phone is known comments issue. While choosing/suggesting used flagship is valid as an option, people don't realize not all would pick used phone for various reasons. Hence it must be clearly said it's used one. General comparison new and used phone is clearly wrong.

                            True, that the S22 series from Samsung (at least in Europe, where I live), it wasn't very good. Because of the Exynos chipset. Maybe just the S22 Ultra was nice and worth it, from all three models.
                            The S23 series are much better, especially the vanilla S23, compared to the previous S22.

Buying an old phone is not exactly a wise idea, especially when it'll still be more expensive than a mid-ranger.
                              Besides, the phone isn't even good. Battery and speakers are mediocre, the lack of 3.5mm jack is also a problem (Yea i know there are practically no flagships with it, but there are mid-rangers that have it and that's exactly why i'd buy a mid-ranger instead. Just not Samsung anymore).

                                  I think is pretty good price.
                                  And now, I saw that even Samsung has battery health percentage like iPhones have. Is built in in the software. My A23 5G, has this information in Settings-->About phone-->Battery information. And in here I can see, "Battery capacity", "Battery health" (different than battery level), "Battery cycle count" (how many times the battery was charged), "Manufacture date" and "First used date". Basically now, when you are buying a Samsung phone, I think you can check this information too, like you do in iPhones. So, is a big plus in buying second hand Samsung phones. But, I think it works only with the newer models.
