This is exactly what s23 is. Since gsmarena only cares about peak brightness and refresh rate, you had no idea samsung uses on own phones inferior screens compared to panels sold to other brands.

Zoom camera = variable focal length. Samsung does not have because does not want to pay for.

Yes, the 128GB s23 uses ufs3.1 because samsung semicon does not sell ufs4.0 of 128GB, just 256GB or more.

All are facts. S23 is not better than s7 except SoC

blue, 19 Mar 2023Sony has three models below average of their class, and you... moreThey make professional hardware for professionals. We get it, you're not a pro. That doesn't mean you should bash a phone because you don't see the use in its features. Like I've said countless times, phones are not one size fits all devices. The Sony Xperia 1 IV has a snapdragon 8 gen 1, same as the S22 Ultra. When recording videos, the Sony does what you ask it to. It records at the framerate you set, and when it can't push that framerate anymore, it stops recording. That's what a professional would want, and that's what Sony gives them. On a Samsung phone, when it can't push the framerate you've set within it's thermal envelope, it will drop frames. For a soccer mom who just wants to capture her kids soccer game in one take, this is mostly fine. For a professional, obviously it isn't. A content creator isn't going to find a random stutter in their project acceptable. Just because you can't understand that, that doesn't make Sony phones bad. The Xperia team works closely with the Alpha camera team to make phones that they think will closely resemble the experience you will have with an Alpha camera. For the Xperia 1 and 5 series phones, this means high quality video recording with no compromises in the configurability of the Cinematography Pro app. For the Xperia 10 series this means a telephoto camera where another company would've opted for a lower cost depth sensor to bring the phone's cost down. It means a high quality OLED screen prioritizing quality over smoothness. It means an unconventional aspect ratio prioritizing cinema experience over width. For the 1 and 5 series it means high framerate no compromises video recording for slow motion video without any stuttering. For all Xperia phones, it means a card slot for easy storage swapping, and a headphone jack for wired audio input and audio monitoring, freeing up the USB port for a charger, or a display output.

Xperia phones are not mediocre. They're different. They're what Sony thinks a no compromises content creation smartphone should be.

If you can't get a good picture out of an Xperia, the phone is not the problem, you are. If you can't get a good picture out of an Xperia, you're a bad photographer.

I've got a ZFold3, had it since nearly new, it hasn't put a foot wrong in all that time.
I'm very careful with though, and its cased up to the max, but I consider myself to be one the lucky ones whose screens haven't died.
I'd still get another one as well. I'm completely sold on the foldable idea

Vertical folds folding on horizontal axis, horizontal folds folding on vertical axis.
I bet it would be less confusing if it was at least 3-way fold.
