Samsung may launch a Tri-Fold device this year, the S23 FE isn't happening

A new rumor brings us the a sandwich of good and bad news.

The problem is, some random here are sometimes blatantly saying some devices are useless e-waste just because it doesn't meet their expectations. The thing I see the most is "8+ Gen 1 instead of 8 Gen 2? This device will run so bad! Useless e-waste!".
About the timing for another brand to release those foldables as fast as possible, I guess so. The problem is, no matter how fast or good a foldable device from another non-Samsung brand, there's already a mindset from some people like "With that pricing I'd rather buy Samsung because Samsung is definitely much better in every aspect.", a mindset that not always correct because a foldable device is not only about the crease, how wide the fold range is and the UI.

I know this because I got a $10 Sony headphone, the MDR-ZX110 to be precise. That's like the cheapest Sony headphone ever exist and it blows all of my $10 to $25 wireless earbuds way.

                    S23 FE is cancelled?

I don't know if this is a credible rumour or not. But what I am certain of is, it does not make sense to cancel the FE line, especially when Samsung has also ditched the Galaxy A7x line.

                    That leaves a hole in Samsung's portfolio between the A54 ($500) and S23 ($800).

Regarding this trifold device, we need such devices from other companies too this year itself not after three years like they did with the normal foldables.

The design is too extraordinary, when it falls a green line will appear

                              - most of the apps are on both android/ios
                              - actually ios apps seem to be somewhat better because they have more dedicated developers
                              - i can't say that ios has better security, but everyone's praising it, and don't act like android is bulletproof
                              - play store has a lot of very very very shady apps if you ask me
                              - tbh, apple phones actually feel very premium in the hand (build quality), I'm not saying Samsung don't, but the iPhone seem better
                              - neither have the 3.5mm jack and SD card slot
                              - Samsung did a really really shty move by downgrading the display on the S lineup, forcing people to buy a humongous phone
                              - I really don't care about how many cameras there are or how good they are, but again, the majority seems to be in team ios
                              - processing power goes again to the iPhone, despite the huge RAM difference
                              - the only downside is that you won't have a file explorer on the iPhone (at least that's what I know, maybe you can now)
                              - mostly I'll probably miss having a custom launcher, but I'll adapt
                              - usb-c in Europe is a plus
                              - if you're still rooting your phone, that will be the biggest drawback, but nowadays you can run scripts on browsers
I just got a new phone so I'm good for a few years, but my next one will probably be an iPhone (especially if the difference between android/ios gets even thiner). Meanwhile the iPhone will probably catch up with other android features and get better at the design.
Your turn to convince me to stay on the android side 😂. Is it logical enough for you Spock?
