I doubt the third lens will be a macro lens or at least I hope it won't be, but a rather a depth sensor, or a tiny telephoto. Hopefully the ultrawide has AF and can do the macro shots itself, both Tecno and Infinix has done it like that before so it's possible.

Optical is a modifier used to describe such physical methods of doing various camera things. Optical zoom, hardware. Optical image stabilization, hardware. Sensor shift is a particular type of optical image stabilization.

                        I remember reading in the comments either here or YouTube that these "Chinese phones" are promoting spying and information gathering through this smartphone or whatever to do with that. Funny.

                          - "Camera centric"

                          - Have a 3rd macro cam.

                            LG G8X featured a sim card slot that could hold either 2 sim cards or 1 sim card and 1 microSD card. Why they didn't do that here, when the storage goes up to 512GB, can only be attributed to corporate greed.

                              But I do not regret this with the old kernel that seems to be stable until the end of android updates to 2024.

                                Dimensity 1200/1300 afaik are still the same platform with an upgraded Android 13. But uses old kernel (4.14.***) launching with Android 11.

                                  Again tall skinny phone...All i need is a phone that has galaxy note or ultra series for wider display ratio...there is no other brands doing it :/
