You don't know that the Exynos 2300 at first was supposed to debut on the S23 series?
Why they haven't put it? Because Samsung was having problems with the process node, "low yields", so they decided to close it, and renew it, and make refinements, so the Exynos 2300 couldn't be approved for mass production, and then Samsung decided to make a contract with Qualcomm to make a special chipset for Galaxy to compensate the missing Exynos variant.
It means that they might stop making Exynos for the high-end?, no.

The Exynos 2100 manages to get better Sot in 5g and signal than the Qualcomm 888, the Qualcomm 865 isn't better.
Stick with Exynos.

Qualcomm is superior in every metric compared to Samsung Garbage, thus they can charge more,
SD8 Gen 2 SoC costs $160 to buy from Qualcomm, but Cheap Samsung Tensynos Garbage costs Google only $29 to buy from Samsung.
Since Google is all about costs cutting their will buy the cheapest hardware and put it in their phones.
