              Looks cool, but I'm still going to avoid the brand because of the lifeless new logo. Shame they needed to hire some BS artists to get rid of the old nostalgic logo which was perfect...

                      2. Companies Which licence Nokia products like HMD (phones), TV (Flipkart India, Streamview Europe), Laptop (Flipkart) etc.

                      To differentiate Between Nokia and those who licence they created another new logo, New logo is used by Nokia and Old logo is used by HMD and others who licence name.

                      If you read article and look at UI and Logo you can clearly see its New Nokia Logo, and its Nokia themselves who created that ui for their Apps and services so it can match design language.

                      So this Article has nothing to do with HMD.

                          Such generic looking icons and color scheme that is used by like half of industry and apps on the market! Cant wait to use it.... (said no one)

                          I bet they spend millions to make it, even if you can get most of graphic/icons like that literally for 5-10 bucks for commercial use...
                          Just imagine guy sitting in front of his computer making 10 page presentation of why they chose blue and white color scheme and realizing that his boss will get 100k $ for it when you just copy/paste some text and graphic from google because you could not just write "we choose blue-white because it look good" :D

                          I know that too well as one time in my work we just made some advert banners and posters like in one day with minimal work, and then boss send that to marketing departament and they spend two weeks writing book with fancy images explaining what inspired our company to use that shape or that color.... Mind blowing how humans can waste time and money on something that no one need or use...

                            Usually, Google launches new version of Android OS in Q3. With clean & stock Android, HMD Global provides the OS updates to their phones in Q2 next year (after 9 months). With this skin on the top of stock version, they will take one & half year to provide the OS update to their phones. They will be one OS behind the current version while providing OS update.

                                  Everyone knows that the real Nokia that makes SMARTphones doesn't exist anymore. It's just another junk ceaina brand using the Nokia name.
                                  The real Nokia from Finland is doing networking and communication systems, no smartphones. And even if they would, nobody would actually believe them. Too late!
                                  The only way that they might get a chance to sell phones in Europe would be if it says 'Made in Finland' on the phone AND on the box .
                                  People in Europe are running away from 'Made in ceaina' products, not to mention smartphones. Instant TURN OFF YOUR!
                                  To be honest, I'd rather use 2 plastic cups tied to a string than use one of those.
                                  Hey, don't hate the player, hate the game. I'm entitled to have my own opinion as a free person from Europe.

                                    Pixel, Sony, Asus and Motorola only phones with the stock android. Nokia dropping off.

                                      The Nokia Pure font family is one of the best screen typefaces I've ever used. Happy for once that Samsung copied it so closely for their Samsung Sans UI typeface because I don't have to hack it into my phone anymore.
                                      The rest of this UI seems fine, nothing groundbreaking though. It's relatively minimal, clear iconography and good style guide across multiple UX scenarios.

                                        Yeah when they will fix the need to reconnect manually to wifi or GSM on their tablets and phones (just wifi) then ill start considering purchasing more nokia junk again
