Redmi note 12 pro is worse than A54 because GSMArena for no reason put this phone into a favor.
The real battle should be if they compare A34 vs Redmi note 12 pro
and A54 vs redmi note 12 pro plus.
In said case xiaomi would be a very easy winner.
In this case and in this poll samsung easily wins because it cost 100 more to apck more specs comapred to redmi note 12 pro.
In other words this poll is tottaly unfair.

BangBang, 23 Apr 2023The truth is, a53 is one of the "exynos madness",... moreProbbably because it runs less bloatware. Just like they did with A14.

Once again. Redmi note 12 pro is better than A34.
Like redmi note 12 pro plus is better than A54 by samsung.
            Thats said truth.
In both cases samsung offer just more updates.
And honestly no of said samsung phones will last 5 years.
After 3 years and several of updates they will feel like they needs to be replaced becaue hardware will not keep up since you cant upgrade it like with software.

If i am really wrong according to you please educate me what have A34 better over redmi note 12 pro.
And what have A54 better over redmi note 12 pro plus.
Because all i see its a worse phone apart said updates. And honestly 5 years of updates does not cost or is not worth to pay 400 for A34 and 500+ for A54.

Redmi Notes were priced within the range of Samsung's M-series.

If you think that the A-series should compete with Redmi Notes then that model is highly overpriced for the specs it offers within its pricerange.

Unless it's strictly a price comparison, y'all with this line of argument are sounding very funny. Take a look at gsmarena phone reviews, in the last page, they bring up alternatives to the subject (competing phones) which usually cost less or more. Even if it was price comparison, those don't stick to a fixed price. Do phone makers have fixed prices for different categories of phones? So, because they don't, there should never be any comparisons? Is that it?

Nobody is saying that the price difference isn't significant. Whoever find it as a deterring factor should go for what fits into their budget and, hopefully, be satisfied with the purchase. But let no one skimp on prices, like buy a phone with 4GB RAM, and come with litany of complaints of how it lags and stutters. This is android. If at all anyone should try make that move, they should stick to phones with near-stock UI, diet android (android Go) or stripped-down UI (e.g One UI core).

AnonD-1044551, 23 Apr 2023according to you 70E is a huge margin for comparisons lol70E is 21% price of Redmi and 17.5%, also note that people who buy midrange phones usually are somewhat tight on budget so having to throw 20% more for other option can usually be a lot, especially in poorer countries.

Comparison I made was about skin, not cost. The hardwares that have direct effect on skin are storage/memory and SoC. Only fair comparison is the one that keeps the key hardwares on parity. I shouldn't be expecting you to make coherent argument anyway.

Meanwhile, entirely by the way: did I hear you say that A52s was $100 costlier? Another big lie from a GSMa commenter. Bring the official prices of both phones at launch, let's see.

Again, what Redmi Note 11 Pro 5GB memory version did they review?Definitely not 4GB RAM, because the phone doesn't even have a 4GB RAM variant. There is no mention of price in my original comment; you skipped the first two basis and jumped to the third one, then added your own (price). LOL

Full MIUI on 4GB RAM lags, too. Even back when I had my Redmi Note 7 with MIUI 10/11, let alone now that extra features have been added to MIUI. I regretted not getting the 6GB RAM variant of that phone within days of getting it. It made me swear never to buy any phone running MIUI with less than 6GB of RAM. My next one was Mi 11 Lite 5G, and I got the 8GB RAM variant.

Anyone that buys a phone with 4GB RAM and a skin/UI that's well-removed from stock and feature-rich is most likely going to experience lags. Lots of lags.
