LOL, nobody would want to spend $1000 for a xiaomi. People who have that kind of money would’ve gotten an iPhone or Samsung flagship to begin with.

Oki, 10 Apr 2023Even if these were global prices it would still be a horrib... moreIt would be a very good deal if these were the global prices but it is very expensive for China if the leaked prices do turn out to be true. 13% more than the find x6 pro is quite a premium. Xiaomi's flagships (especially the Xiaomi 13) have been selling a lot better this year than last year in China though so maybe they are getting more confident in the pricing

Those prices in China equate to around €1400-€1500 in Europe. Let's see...

Oki, 10 Apr 2023Even if these were global prices it would still be a horrib... moreFor 1k euros this would actually be decent imo. Hardware beast that undercuts S23 Ultra by 300 euros. I would certainly pick it up over the S23+, which is a joke of an overpriced phone that costs the same amount.
While the software may be worse, at least Xiaomi will put maximum care into this model you can be sure of that. And if you're willing to debloat using ADB, all the crap preinstalled shouldn't be a problem. Even better with Xiaomi.eu ROM.
However, it will probably launch at 1500 euros given Xiaomi's new obsession with ridiculous prices. At the price don't even bother.

Even if these were global prices it would still be a horrible deal. Imagine spending 1000$ for a glitchy OS loaded with bloatware, adware and spyware with 1-2 years of updates. But it's gonna be even worse since global price will be 1500$ most likely

This is not an official price leak. Could be just a smoke bomb as it often happens with Xiaomi phones. If it's really 6,799rmb for 12gb 256gb, then that is really high pricing. 13% higher pricing than the find x6 pro for the same storage. Was hoping they would match the price of the Find x6 pro
