Till jelly bean android used to lag alot, specially sammy, u cant do anything vidout atleast 1 gb ram in droids, even temple run wont work in 512 mb ram...... I guess ur one f dose cheap phone users who has never used a w8 , or ios and still stuck vid ur froyo or gingerbread..... Ios , windows8 and meego are the best lagfree o.s ( if u have ever used any f dose i doubt). Htc,s sense works lagfree and so is sony,s own custom interface, cant tell bout lg as never used it, but vid sammy its only okk vid 2 gb ram otherwise lags alot in between games and apps and in multiaskin...... Dude if u wanna attack other o.s make sure that u defend urself well.....and dont crib like a frustrated soul, the more competition we have the more innovation we get and choices and lowering of prices.....

First of all Nokia is a just mobile company.
It's not at all a electronics or semi conductor company like Samsung. Even Samsung also use Sony sensor in their smartphone cameras. Samsung also use lot of essential mpatents which belong to Nokia. So does this mean it's not Samsung phone??
Every company is dependent. It's all about business in the world.
May be some of the Lumia have issues. But that doesn't mean with everyone. Most of the reputed tech sites praise about Nokia's superior build quality. Last but not least, galaxy also have problems.

xD, that is just a blatant fanboy bashing for it. Don't fool yourself saying Nokia breaks :) You know it well how much the body of Nokia Phones are strong. Just admit it or leave :)

AnonD-133355, 07 Apr 2013Nokia design and develop their phones. Foxconn and Compal ... moreThat is what I'm saying Nokia don't have their own factories like Samsung.
Source mentioned "Compal who frankly does not" admit Nokia build their phones with bad build quality.

They find cheapest quality to build their phones otherwise why there are a lot of people complain about Lumia creaks all the time and its screen cracks when fall from short distance?
And the thread in Nokia forum discussed this problem with number of people whom phone fall from short distance and cracks

                          To ThomasCarlsson,

If a phone uses a polycarbonate which is the best quality plastic, it's cheap. If it uses an aluminium then it's a beer can. What do you prefer your phone be made of? Wood? Paper? Rubber? I wonder what phone you're using right now. By the way, according to Nokia's years of research and from Apple's experience, glass is the worst material for a phone. It easily shatters when dropped. Plastic is the best material. It's the most robust and doesn't interfere with the phones aerials. Aluminium is second best. It looks and feels more premium than plastic and dissipates heat but it blocks the phone's signal so the phone must have its aerials positioned specifically at either ends to minimize signal interference.

I've been using Android phones for the last 3 years. My last smartphone was a SGS2 which I still have today and after my contract expired I decided to get a Lumia 920 to try something new. And I was amazed by this phone. It's the best smartphone I've ever used. I'm not a fanboy of any particular brand. It just irks me to read illegitimate comments here spewing nonsense against the Lumia 920 saying it's laggy, cheap, thick, heavy, etc. You guys should really try Lumia 920 before you bash it. It's not laggy. In fact, it's faster than my SGS2 running Jellybean and it's not just faster, it's also buttery smooth. It's not cheap. My SGS2 looks like a toy when placed beside my Lumia 920. If it looks cheap then there's nothing that looks good because honestly Lumia 920 is the best looking phone I've ever seen. It's not thick nor heavy either. My little brother's SGY is even thicker than it and the weight is almost negligible. And about the build quality, you guys have no idea. This phone is rock solid. I've never dropped it yet as I'm careful with my stuff but I've never used it with any case and after four months not even any visible scratch on the plastic casing. This really shows that Nokia is not using cheap materials on their phones. I'm not saying the Lumia 920 is perfect, but it's not bad, not at all, like some trolls who have never even used this phone are claiming. It's a fantastic phone. My experience with my Lumia 920 is so far the best I've had on a phone. Yes, it lacks a couple of functions that my SGS2 has like USB OTG and HDMI but I can't remember I've ever even used those features.

and the paper issue is very low in percentage. and these phones are etremely roughly used by the customers, thats why they face such problems.
but at least they exist. don,t die like crappy samsung. The didn,t broke into pieces with a light fall.
