Since the upgrade, when I use dark mode some of the functions in android don't use dark mode so I end up with white text on a white background. For example, in my web browser doing a such.

Plus sometimes my keyboard moves slightly up the screen leaving a gap at the bottom. All well and good but I've got to readjust my fingers each time otherwise I end up writing nonsense. Super annoying.

Samsung S23 ultra on the way.

Honestly, MIUI = bad is just a meme at this point.
I'm using MIUI 13 with Android 12 on a cheap Redmi 10 2022 and it just works.

What I really hoped at this point is that Xiaomi begin offering 3 Android updates for their budget phones. 2 years just wouldn't cut anymore considering some of their budget phones come with last year's Android version.

The biggest strength and at the same time, the biggest weakness of Xiaomi's phones : MIUI

Yeah global is so lackluster... a real shame. I used MIUI china in my old Mi 9 Lite but had some problems with NFC payment and such, but, the chinese version is less buggy and feature rich, compared to Global.

These days I'm using One UI with my S10e but the plan is to go "pure" when I get my Pixel 7a

Anonymous, 28 Apr 2023I'd rather pick One UI over any others. Cool look. Lon... moreOneui or Samsung purposely didn't provide much features since they wanted to lengthen their updates to sell and trick the customers into buying them for "longer software support lol whereas Miui provide more features since earlier to begin with like free premium themes, clone/dual apps, more advanced display settings, many AOD, photo editors settings(oneui didn't have such advanced settings until newer version). For me the only cons is camera ui from miui..

the good thing MIUI doesn't have a core version like Samsung or others... almost all the features are there. and got longer updates especially just for MIUI update, runs smooth even budget phones.

Many of their devices above $500 still on android 12.
              So lame

GSMArena writers should review all existing Android "skins" separately from phones. Just my opinion.

Best feature of MiUI is we can schedule particular time for automatically Switch OFF as well ON smartphone.

Every night I turn off my phone to give it some rest, hence battery can last a little longer in long run.

Furthermore, MiUI is really snappy. ram management is better than Motorola (According to my experience)

I'd rather pick One UI over any others. Cool look. Long support. Easy to use.

Better write Miui 14 China and India, for the rest is Miui Nothing.

It improved a lot over MIUI 13 which is just a clutter mess. Still isn't as polished as it should be though.
