To me the X13U is like an imported sports car whereas the S23SU is like the upper tier domestic SUV.
The Xiaomi is the phone I want, the Samsung is the phone I need.

If it's not a Samsung Galaxy S or an Apple iPhone, less than 1% of the people will actually buy it in Europe and North America.
I know you hate my statement, but it's the truth.
Also, MANY people (myself included) would rather have no smartphone at all, than buy one of those (because of political views).
I couldn't care less about the specifications: you LOST me when you mentioned the brand name. It's that simple.

MIUI is the best. I get free bloatware, apps crash when I minimise them, streaming apps stutter causing me to reopen them every few minutes, and of course, it turns my phone into a heater. I love it. Too bad I won't be able to use it anymore with my new phone that will have stock Android. I'll miss these pleasant experiences.

Your new "voting" system is simply horrendeous - it takes more time to reach the voting than to cast a vote, and it won't let you see the numbers. In other words: utterly pointless for everyone other than the owner of the survey.

Sony xperia 1v probably wont beat this in hardware, but sony's are some of the best phones for photographers.

[deleted post]I think Miui is fine too. However, if you have always bought a Xiaomi phone since MIUI 9 how can you know it's the best? You could only make this judgement if you have phones that run the current versions of all the other operating systems to even judge which one you like best

half of the phone is camera hump so, this is a 16-17mm thick phone. it will be almost 20mm thick with a case on. this is a brick. samsung tried bulky camera phones long time ago with K Zoom. That phone could 10x zoom the main sensor but, it wasn't liked. people don't like so thick phones.

I own a 12s Ultra.
I don't care what anyone says, Xiaomi's MIUI is the best Android OS. One of the main reasons, I have always bought a Xiaomi phone since the MIUI 9. Most other ones are boring and themes can be purchased, i.e Color OS on Oppo.
Second Space, Focus Mode, Super Wallpapers, floating windows, built in screen recorder, totally crazy Photo Gallery with tons of editing options, most edits are AI assisted so they look pretty legit. Best calculator app on the planet.
Let me put it this way, you can use a Xiaomi premium phone out of the box without installing any productivity apps.
