Oki, 28 Apr 2023Motorola and good software support in the same sentence?😂The software promise they have with the edge 40 pro sounds promising, but if they fail to start a good track record, then I will go back on my word.

When poco f2 pro got released, i am so excited, because it has Sony imx686 which is good camera sensor and the photo output is very nice. Now I am unhappy because omnivision ov64b main camera sensor is waste sensor used in redmi k60 which will rebranded as poco F5 pro which used in realme gt master, poco f4, Vivo iqoo z6 pro etc which is failed to give detailed photo output and video output. Even after lots of optimization by Smartphone OEM.

Text will be rendered at 1440p, you can play YouTube videos at that resolution and you can easily upscale emulated games even beyond 1440p with the 8+Gen1

7 Gen 2 is a big improve on 870, but I can't help feel dissapointed that they aren't offering a 8 series chip .. F is for flagship after all ?
If the 7 Gen 2 was in the X5 not F5 I would be impressed, instead get 695, almost a sidegrade from the 732G in the X3 NFC from 2020 .. ever switch to OLED is costly, or sub-7nm nodes are not giving much cost reduction.
I'm going to hang on to my F3 till it breaks...

Also majority of famous games run 720p or 840p.
Not 1080p.

Lol @ those think f5 pro will have 8 gen 2.
It will only get 8+ gen 1, it's just a rebranded k60, not k60 pro. With 7+ gen 2, better build, headphone jack, 1080p screen and cheaper price, Poco F5 is much, much better.

some idiot, 28 Apr 2023Consider the edge 40, better software support in general an... moreIn fact motorola is one of the slowest to update their phone always behind schedule, but eventually they do update.. most people think Xiaomi is bad and slow at updates ( which is not wrong ) but Motorola is a tad bit slower than Xiaomi, conclusion is both is slow but you do get the updates

other poco models seems to be fine, atleast do not buy the made in india ones, their components are so cheap, or terribly assembled. those are the reason they break poco's reputation.

Anyway, 7+ Gen 2 is still inferior to 8+ Gen 1 in graphics, as even the non-Plus 8 Gen 1 has better graphics than the 7+ Gen 2, but this 7+ Gen 2 is clearly miles ahead of the SD870 of the previous Poco F4 series.
