ShameYeah, pretty much everyone who buys a POCO phone buys a PLASTIC case - whether thin, clear, or thick UAG-types - or even a PLASTIC screen film almost immediately to avoid damaging their devices that they probably spent years to save up on.
There's nothing to be ashamed of about a plastic phone, tbh.

Pricing (regular) seems great, cheaper than the predecessor by €20/70 at same storage. I hope they kept the premium build materials

It's more of a feel that you have expensive toy
My limit usually is 250 i am willing to spend on a phone but this F5 is so good that i maybe do exception on that while the x5 Pro for 320 euro is also good option that be a bit less over my usual top budget.
But still no F5 in my local market shops to know how much it cost as there is 429 for 8GB ram version for EU price but in EU different countries have different prices and some have different network bands too

hmm, 09 May 2023I would say there is improvement as they return 3.5mm jack ... moreYeah, well buying a thousand-dollar Sony Xperia is a tough pill to swallow just for a flagship with headphone jack and microsd. That's like saying that micro sd slot on the F5 would costs hundreds to implement. That's why I stick with mid rangers or old flagships right now.
Plus, spending over $1000 over any phone with literally every component soldered to the board doesn't sound like a good investment to me. $800 is probably the most I would pay. Or I could just pay less for more by buying older models of a flagship or slightly older midrangers. Pretty soon, only low end phones would have features I want. I mean Galaxy A53-A54 and A73? Where is the headphone jack?

Have SD card slot or not dont matter to me especially as the cheaper version is 256GB that is more then enough storage space to think when a lot of laptops were sold with only 250GB hdd or ssd for like decade and nobody complained about it.
These are the nitpicking comments to just nitpick on something.
All expect everything to have on a 450 euro phone that is already cheap as heck when we compare it with iphone 14 and S23 performance and also S22 performance that all cost more.
S22 in my country lowest price is around 600 euro with 128GB storage
These also dont have sd slots.
You cant have everything and these things like water resistance and sd card is probably last thing anyone cares especially people who mostly buy flagship that dont have it anyways.

I have only apps to redownload on a new phones and thats it. It it has the SD then it be like just moving it in a new phone but it has no apps on it. Still there is always usb sticks you can use for extra storage. I prefer not to hold a lot on my phone for security reasons so when i lose the phone then someone who find it and manage to unlock the phone wont find much in it. Also if there be sd card then that be easy to take out of the phone and then see what is on it.
I am not a security paranoid but i just have not used phone as my single device with a screen that has computer features like laptop and desktop as you can connect phone to a dock that has screen keyboard and mouse

With MicroSD card, you can simply hotswap it and connect to PC or other phone to get everything within minutes
Android MTP is one of the worst implementation,
Copying files from Pc to phone is very slow and copying files to MicroSD card will be lot faster
