Weekly poll: who here is getting a Google Pixel Fold or a Pixel 7a?

14 May 2023
The first foldable has only one foe to worry about - limited availability. Wait, we mean the Galaxy Z Fold4. And the Pixel 7a may have made the Pixel 7 obsolete. Or has it?

honestly, pixel 7a is vastly overpriced for the hardware you get. Poco F5 Pro is cheaper, gives you a flagship chipset, flagship display, usable but worse camera , MUCH better battery life

Sugarberry, 14 May 2023Google phones over samsungNever do that. Samsung is miles better.

I'm interest in buying 7A however, I can't use OLED and there's no option for LCD here.

      💔

The best steal imo is actually the Pixel 6a. $350 for roughly almost flagship experience is too good of a deal.

The 7a feels less of a deal, simply because of the regular 7 being available close to a similar price point. If Google had discontinued the regular 7, then the 7a would feel more like a good deal.

The Fold is too risky at the current price point. We don’t know its reliability, and Google’s own warranted and support. Plus, Google has yet to commit any significant focus in optimizing apps for the larger screen. The new tablet is just released as well, and knowing Google, they could just decide to stop doing them tomorrow.

I like google pixel phone since from last year . Really it is very nice and best phone for camera.

                That Fold is hideous.
Google is practically giving it away for iphone users.

                  Bezel so ugly

Google products never attracted me so neither are a pick.

According to comments on this site, Google has a very poor after sales support in India. It's too risky to buy a Pixel phone.
