                  Would be nice if they would do a law that shops cant scam you with price off sale with fake numbers. I have one shop that had Poco x5 pro for 345 and now is at 319 and they added 4 euro on the original price so they can have the cut cost for 30 euro. Never mind that they started to sell the phone as over priced for 2 months anyways.

                  There are other examples where they like cut the cost of a phone for 100 euro but the price is average in market so the phone on release didnt even cost that much.

                  Battery life misleading is weird as how do they proof it that it's fake ? When these durations are mostly made for stand by and not active use of watching videos or playing games and then what games you play and what resolution videos you watch as if you watch 4K videos i imagine you use more internet speed and data that also drains battery faster or play some game that just is hungry for power.

                  Some people use a phone so much that they charge it at least once a day and then there are people who charge once in a week as they practically dont use it at all. one of my friends dad use so little that he's battery duration is probably longer then advertised for OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite

                      Bad sign for Xiaomi in Europe. The least durable phones I've experienced after 2020 come from Xiaomi, Poco and Redmi. Pre 2020 phones were somewhat better.

                      Note 9S, went on a bootloop and never recovered
                      Poco M3, power IC fault right after warranty
                      Redmi note 10, finger print scanner disappeared in settings, got replaced in warranty, went bad again.
                      X3 Pro, mainboard died
                      X3 NFC, battery bloated, official replacements weren't available, unofficial were really bad quality and didn't work (voltage drop below 30 percent so bad phone refused to charge). Tried to order one from aliexpress but li-ion batteries now have stupid high shipping due to fire/explosion risk so totalling the phone seemed better option.

                      Meanwhile still rocking 4-5 year old BBK brand phones without any issue.

Battery life can solely be tested and certified by institutes and actual users. The EU should concentrate on health and safety of its citizens. And the recession around the corner.

My previous (had core 3rd gen cpu) had support for 90W. If you charge laptop everyday, be sure that in less than 15 months you need new battery.
                                    Man my Lenovo legion gamuing laptop for 2000 euros is already 18 months old and the battery is at 97% capacity using it every day or at least 5 days a week for at least 3 hours when i come from work to home playing games like Assassins creed Valhalla, GTA and many else.
                                    Before i had Asus ROG for 1200 sold it after 6 and half years to my neighbour still perfectly working now is 9 years old. Swapped my Battery twice. After 4 years and 2 weeks before i sold it because have good reliationship with my neighbours. o yoour fifteen month statement is definitely wrong.

                                    By the way, tell us why chinese phones do not reach the value advertised. If brand says phone has 200W, should charge at 200W, not peak 170W that lasts 3s and then goes down to 80. Mix4 (120W) could not even reach 90. This is also not true. Its your statement. GSMArena team and tons of youtube videos proven opposite of your claims. Wonder why you had to lie but its your choce how you represent your self.

                                    It is weird redmi note with 68W that is only 10min faster than galaxy A54 that has 25W. 🤔
                                    This is also not true. Charging from flat battery redmi note is way faster than Samsung A54.

                                    Lastly since time is money faster is always better.
                                    Thats why humanity invented cars instead of horses, thats why humanity invented ships instead of row boats, thats why we have planes instead of traveling by train and ship from Paris to New York etc.
                                    Since you cant buy time you try to perserve as much as possible to fullfill your day.
                                    Waiting 3 hours for phone unable to do nothing is boring.
                                    Same goes when you trying gaming with your phone and charging at the same time your battery is good as dead within few months.
                                    But if my phone fill from flat to full within a time i brush my teeth and make a miorning shower or a breakfast is way better.
                                    30-40 celsius is not a pproblem most heat remains in charger not in phone.
                                    Problem it should be if the temperature gets above 60.
                                    Even 300W charger by Oppo dont cross 60 celsius.
                                    And making your phone unable to use for 10 minutes is a less problem than doing a lot of things while charging because its get super hot.

                                    Since time is money faster is always better.
                                    End of story.
