it's a useful feature but for a small feature like this and stock android need a major version update?

only a good thing in android 14, but i am still expecting to have more restrict file system. which you can only access to camera, music, movies, and pictures folder. while it sounds pathetic for long term android users.. so users have to resort to download 3rd party file manager apps just to access download folder?? my topic might not be related to this article..
