so if there was only 2 or 3 android brands, do you really think iphones would be the most popular brand in the world ?
its android vs ios
only samsung vs iphones ...who would sell more ? samsung with also its affordable models ?
IOS, apple is basically cheating, monopolizing the other side.
i believe samsung would beat iphone in sales.

They didn't invent all the ingredients, but they put together a meal no one cooked before and every smartphone that followed is a derivative of the iphone. You can go on about 5g and cameras, but early Chinese smartphones were all iclones. That is an image they have yet to completely shake. That is one of the reasons people that want premium, buy Apple.

The iPhone 14 is not a flagship phone. With last years chip it's, by definition, not a flagship as the Pro models with a newer chipset exist. A flagship is generally the best phone and the non-Pro iPhone this year is not even close to the Pro models.

Whenever another country invents something new you western countries can only ban it. Huawei invented 5G and what does the west do? They ban Huawei due to "espionage concerns" but continue using 5G in their own devices. In short: only the west is allowed to invent new technologies and if someone else does, then we have to eliminate him and take over his idea. Moreover, if Huawei hadn't started making good cameras in smartphones popular, we would still have crap cameras. Just look at the difference between galaxy s9 and s10 or iphone xs max and iphone 11 pro. one year later suddenly they put a whole new camera system in their phones. why? because huawei did it with p20 and mate 20 series already in 2018, so apple and samsung had to do something to stay competitive.

if Huawei didnt get banned, for sure Huawei will be on top of the list, from what I see right now, there's no new tech in smartphone, they can't even match the Kunlun glass of Huawei for sure gorilla glass are no match as well....

Android got its success because in its early days, custom roms could be installed in every phone and you could customise everything.
But now that most Androids are locking down and started cutting features and moving closer to what Apple does, then people will naturally switch to iphones and it is showing.

And it is a fact that most Chinese phones are bad in terms of software. If you price a Samsung and a Chinese phone with same hardware, nobody would buy the Chinese, OnePlus was a big success because it was both cheap and offered stock Android, and fell off as soon as they used their colorOS on it.

But i'm from india.
China and India has some bitter relationship and currently have some military conflict.
But still india imports from china is very high.
China's supply chain is way more advanced and that's why china is the factory of the world.
Now, my personal story.
The first digital watch i used in my life was probaly in year 2000 - 2002 and in the rear side of that the written words were "Made In China".
The first smartphone i used in year 2013 and it also had written "Made In China".
Most people in the comment section don't understand china and how that country helped the global consumer base.
They hate china because of some fake propiganda or nationalism etc.
Almost every smartphone, laptop battery are manufactured in china and those people don't know that.
That is the reason both english and chinese words are written on those battery packs.
I don't know much but i think most components used in every electronic devices are manufactured by china.
Some countries imports those components, assembled them and called them as Made In Their Country as they done the cooking after all.
Apart from the hate part i would like to thank china for bringing those affordability to the mass consumer base.
Thank you China from India.
