Xiaomi definitely need to understand they can't charge Samsung and Apple prices in Europe. Their hardware and software might be even as good but the consumers perception of brand and value isn't and that plays a massive role when it's time to buy a new device.

        If i buy a 13 Ultra for 1300, 1 year later when i try to sell it, no one in the used market is gonna give me more than 500 or so. But if it's a S23 Ultra or 14 Pro Max, everyone would give 800-900 and that is a huge difference.

        But of course they're gonna try to sell it as high as they can.

                      It's a nice cameraphone but that camera is not revolutionary, it's just slightly better than most of the competition. If it was revolutionary I would pay that price, but as it is, €650, max.

                        gimbio doesnt sell the 13 pro so it doesnt have to worry about reducing its price, I think Xiaomi's official price will be 1400/1500.

                            I don't get it. If the Xiaomi 13 Ultra releases at a price of €1299, then what about the 13 Pro? Will they permanently reduce its price or something?

                              Thats the same price as my s23u 12/256. But i still want it as my secondary phone.
                              Im torn between that or the cheaper poco f5. I want a secondary phone for gaming.
