Well, only the two USB-C ends are transparent. Nothing is focused on design, so even small touches matter.

The transparent parts are not the cable it's self
Also why is it type-c to type-c ?

And that part that is transparent is nothing new. there are loads of them in the market and some even have the display in there

    I know you won't, but most people will disagree with me, when it comes to this. I absolutely hate and despise cloud storage. You may or may not know this about me, but I'm a phone collector, I buy a lot of phones, use them, switch between them etc. The first thing I do after powering them on is deleting Google Photos. I disabled it a long time ago, but I just don't want my pictures to accidentally get up there and take up that little storage that Gmail has. I know, many other cloud storage types exist, but I would never use any of them.

And I prefer quality over quantity. If you're ok with TWS than glad for you, but the probem is that everyone is going this route without offering a real alternative. At the moment TWS or cloud storage is not an alternative to the wired audio/local storage, at least not for the moment.

            Some need better sound quality, which they can absolutely get, and some just need decent enough sound quality that is more convenient.

                Yeah, I'll say..

                As for the form over function part, if I really wanted to listen to some high-end music, with high quality gear, I would buy an expensive AMP for at home usage and some nice headphones.. to use them at home with the AMP.

                However on the streets and on a bus, or a train, all I want my earphones to do is, not to get in the way of me, or someone else and block the sounds from outside and let other people not hear what I'm listening to, so I won't bother them. For the most part, I don't even listen to music with my TWS earphones, I mostly just watch youtube videos with them in, so that I won't bother other people on public transport services.

Anyway I will agree with you then there will be real alternatives but at the moment they are not! Maybe some of them are more comfortable but definitely not better. The majority of TWS still sounds crap compared to the same price IEMs or wired earphones. And the same applies to extra storage.

                          No, I didn't. You knew about LG regardless of how little they have advertised, in fact you did buy one or more LG phones, so what exactly is the point of your argument? Reviews of LG phones with millions of views still existed, everyone interested in them knew exactly what they were doing and they still went under. Back when LG was still making phones, people complained about their pricing, now that they don't make them anymore, people complain about the lack of headphone jack and SD card.

Calling TWS low quality just because standard IEMs are better is just absurd as well. They are perfectly fine, well not the absolute cheapest ones, but for around 40-50 usd, you can get a decent one. Do wireless have the best audio quality? Absolutely not, but that doesn't at all mean that they are all low quality or otherwise bad.

                              Absolutely spot on, except for the fact that most people are actually like him, or me.. Bluetooth earphones only, no SD card.

                              LG offered both - they are gone
                              Sony still offers both - they became niche, very little amount of people are actually buying phones from them
                              HTC offers both - everyone just talks about how generic and overpriced the U23 Pro is

                              Then there is you, why are you complaining? You've got options, just buy one already. If you already have a phone with an SD card and a headphone jack that you are happy with, then again, why complain about it?

Even now I consider this phone a more complete package than the current smartphones. That QuadDAC is pure joy with a pair of IEM, but if you're not audiophile or you're ok with the (low) quality of the TWS then that's it.
