the vanilla model is a mid-range, iphone se size phone. the plus model is a larger vanilla model with no further differences. the ultra model has everything the other two lack plus a rectangular, large screen, being one of the most well-equipped phones in the market.

S22 to S23 was a big jumb just for the migration to UFS 4.0 storage which is faster and last longer in reliability compared to 3.x
The upcoming S24 will be an incremental upgrade (according to rumours) which might be a good purchase only for past years phone holders (2022 or older).
