No surprises here - it has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip with 12GB of RAM.

I mean, of course the OLED tends to be a bit more fragile.

And Folding screen are still in its early years. Eventually those screens will be better, stronger and in some ways cheaper.
Similiar phase with the multitouch touchscreen itself.

    I had the 2nd, 3rd and 4th, i am now addicted to the big screen. I dont mind the crease at all, i dont use the selfie camera, so i appreciate the under selfie can. Samsung has greatly improved their OS and now has more useful and reliable features than Google. I only have had 2 gripes, the battery is small for the big screen, so you better use the cover screen as much as you can. And this is the major flaw, the cover screen is too narrow to type and browse. All they need to do is 7cm width and 5000 battery capacity. So this is the first time we got an alternative and yet they again go cheap on us, kept the money for R/D and used yet again the same design. Shame on them, time to say goodbye.

      owned a fold once it was the worst mobile decision ever.

                  You are not dispossessed if the upgrade is marginal, nor if it is NOT the highest, as long as your phone has all the feature you want, not sub par and great Gsmarena review

                              Man maybe bare minimum of people its called hype.
                              Until they realize the main screen durability is bad and whole hype around said flip fold product was nothing but hype but in other words its not worth the buy nor attention.
                              Then they give up and go back to what they had before.
                              And i agree that not 70% but 100% phones are made of glass and plastic and some other materials like leather, steel, titanium, rubber etc.
                              But all apart fold and flip coomes or could have a proper screen protector.
                              Flip and fold phones cant have.
                              Their screen is main dealbreaker and duability is worse than bad.
                              Even a low cost TCL phone with LCD screen can withstand more than a samsung fold flip with plastic screen scratchable by nail.
                              No regular phone no matter the brand is scratchable by nail.

Like come on, do you want to run 35 Chrome tabs at the same time on it? Do you want to run your own small Minecraft server on it? Do you want to run 10 apps at the same time? Even my laptop with 8GB of RAM that runs RAM-unfriendly Windows 11 still runs 10 Chrome tabs smoothly.
                                  People will say "iTs aLL aBoUt LoNgEtiViTy" but come on, I don't think we're even in the state where "6GB of RAM is not enough" in 4 years from now. Except we're really bring emulation to the next level (I've heard about Yuzu and it sounds great), then count me in.

Samsung is extremely uncompetitive with their Z Fold-series and if they were to just alter some things like I've done, they could remain competitive. They're not some new, exotic technology that can't be implemented due to cost, complexity or lack of space. Other foldables have done these to varying degrees, and they're honestly far better devices than anything Samsung does for their foldables.

                                        Edit: the comment I'm replying to lists specs that have nothing to do with my spec list. He's put the most absurd specs possible just to mock me.
